Very welcoming and went through deep tissue release and great exercises to assist with neck pain

The premises were clean and tidy. The Physiotherapist were inviting, knowledgeable and professional.

Fantastic job, went in feeling tight and sore came our less pain and Abel to stretch better. Tension in muscles was relieved with massage and acupuncture would recommend

Initial booking and communication with head office was difficult, the centre I chose wasn't on the online booking form, and no one replied to my emails.
However, once I had been able to book, my face-to-face contact was positive. The physiotherapist took the time to understand my aches and pains, used different physio techniques to relieve stiffness in my back, and gave me some good exercises and stretches to do at home.

Kushma was excellent I saw her in newton abbot. She helped me so much in the 5 or so weeks I saw her. I now have next to no pain. She's very efficient, lovely, made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely will come back if needed and will recommend

A massive thanks to Shobana for helping me with my physio sessions, was involved in a car accident which resulted in me having a whiplash however after multiple sessions with Shobana I’m able to move my neck again, her sessions were also educative.

I was referred to Ann Physiocare in Reading after my previous clinic stopped accepting NHS referrals from GP surgeries.

Never having been to an Ann Physiocare centre before, I was a bit apprehensive about what sort of treatment they could off me. All my concerns went away after I had my first appointment with the physiotherapist Md. He was able to identify pretty quickly the reason for the chronic pain I have been experiencing for years, and with a combination of using a muscle stimulator and a TENS/Compex machine as well as exercises to do at home, the pain and discomfort in my neck and right shoulder is now much more under control.

Md is very sympathetic to my long term condition, that I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone if they were experiencing similar problems to me. I also like the relaxing music he plays when he is treating patients, something that I never got with the other clinics I have been to.

I will most certainly come back again in the future, if I feel I need a continuation of the treatment I am getting now.

Hetal provided a great overall physio service. My sprained ankle has made a good recovery following the exercises she prescribed.
