Having Sarfaraz as my physio has been great. He's been really helpful, explaining every exercise in detail and resolving any question I had, making me feel confident about the progress with my injury. I'd 100% recommend him.

I came to visit Samuel Niroo through Vitality, and was skeptical to have physio as I had never had it before. But immediately after the first session I felt so much more comfortable and at ease with the physio process. Samuel provided plenty of detail and I felt as though I was getting enough information after each session. If my knee injury persists I will be trying to make sure I book in with Samuel again!

Quratulain was my Physio for the last 3 months and has helped me hugely, my back pain has been reduced from an unbearable pain to a light occasional pain, which I am still working on. She has been friendly, professional and supportive and I would highly recommend!

The therapist is very knowledgeable and has helped me recovery after a accident. He takes his time to understand what my symptoms how to recovery use various techniques.

Re: achilles tendon and shoulder pain

Mohammed at Fulwood, Preston, identified the problems and gave a schedule of exercises.
I followed the advice and the activities on the very useful app, and I am now pain free and have the same.mobility in both joints.

Victor is truly amazing at what he does, he is incredibly knowledgeable, funny, painful (but in the best way). I highly recommend him and he fixed my shoulder!
