Ordered a beautiful bloodstone ring from here, and everything about the experience was brilliant! It's a beautiful, well cared for piece of jewellery, which arrived really quickly and packaged in a way that made the whole thing feel really special! Neither my partner nor I know much about jewellery, and we found the idea of resizing and knowing whether this ring would be right quite daunting, but honestly it was a total breeze, and they now have a ring that fits perfectly and is totally one of a kind! Incredibly pleased with my purchase. It arrived the next day, beautifully packaged(and discreetly in case it's a surprise). It came along with documents detailing the piece's details, and a signed certificate to confirm it's age. They even took the time to provide more information on the history of such rings, and where I can view others like it.
Also brilliant that they offer free resizing. Unfortunately, the ring I chose can't be altered as it's so old. Fortunately, it fits perfectly.

This is clearly a company that cares about both their products and customers.
