Do not use this service! they only care about the money they earn ! your claim and problems you had with your housing association doesn't mean anything to them they are there to get you sign up and get their portion of money rest means nothing!

Excellent service and very friendly, they kept me up to date with everything going on. They are a wonderful group of people with the time to explain in detail, they listen to you and treat you as a person not a number. They never judged me when I didn't understand some of the questions, they were straight away helping me.

They took on my case on a no win no fee basis and actually won my case for me. They were really helpful really supportive and managed to get all the people I needed to do the review of my property to take the case to my landlord for damp and they have done an excellent job.

Read the reviews after signing up through Facebook with them.... I'm genuinely glad I randomly found them, glad I read the reviews too, dealt with a housing claim, they basically won the world cup level's defeated my housing association 🤣 I'm am genuinely GENUINELY impressed I've even word of mouth referred them to people. Which they was because even during an email the housing managers sent me? I responded like a solicitor myself so they really did cack their pants over the situation. They sent 3 different men at 3 different dates to fix 1 fan that was already fixed.... Just to give you an idea of how MUCH they fumbuled about 🤣🤣🤣
