Ones you will be charged you will NEVER get you money back even if you call them to cancel after a few hours
So they don’t mention that
My biggest problem was it’s with a customer service that she was very rude and then they transfer me to continue with the sales

STOP, NO , DONT

Stop, no and don't! Worst company! Dishonest, scam and made horrible mistake using them.... after losing my 400 bucks for what I now know doesn't cost a dime to register voice search... they called me by wrong name twice on initial phone set up call, then they started to bill me monthly after I confirmed it was a one time only purchase. Lastly after I fired them they some how forwarded my business number to lord only knows where and haven't gotten a single call from a new customer since. Do not use apex media for anything. Still can't get them to stop spoof or robo calling me.

Watch out!

Watch out! Apex is a very unprofessional company to work with. The salesperson assigned to me actually hung up on me when I declined the $500/month fee he was pushing so hard. It took telling him "no, sorry" 3x and he finally angrily overtalked me and hung up. Further, the phone numbers they give don't work. There's no such thing as entering the bogus extension numbers they gave out. And they DID NOT do what I paid for with the $20/mo. + $199 initial activation fee. I wanted to fully back out and be fully refunded after the horrible experience with their pushy salesman. They said they couldn't reimburse me because once "the process" was set in motion, it could not be reversed. But when I ask friends to see if my business comes up on Google or Siri, etc. it does not. Not a single one. We're going a different route!

This is nothing more than a scam

This is nothing more than a scam. The company only takes your money, showing no evidence of actual work to get your website listed. Every single call is a sales call to get more money from you. I spent over $1,000 to have yet to show any evidence of work or promotion. They were taking credit for my work building my Google profile. I tried to cancel the service after they were supposed to create a targeted landing page for my business, and they recreated my website, took over it, and cost me business with a horrible design. The quality was an embarrassment. I have tried for days to get them to cancel only to have people not call when they say they will, never talking to the same person twice, and worse of all, no one can decide to cancel their scam service. The next option is to call my bank and tell them that this company shouldn't charge my account.

Awful company

Awful company, they are a scam they take money for services they do not deliver. I had to reach out to my bank since this company uses sneaky tactics to get more and more money from you they offer a service that requires another service to function properly keep away don’t be a fool like I was do your research

Buyer beware!
I gave this company six months to help me out and do what they were supposed to do. They failed in every way I got absolutely zero from them after spending at least $2800. This place is a complete sham. I don’t believe any of the other reviews on this page.
If you do business with this company I guarantee you nothing but problems.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

They just take your money and once you have paid them they don't even bother to talk to you or email you. If you try to contact your Account Manager, the next available appointment they give you will be after a month or maybe more and on that appointment also the Account Manager will not turn up and neither has the courtesy to call or email you that he cannot make it. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DISAPPEAR

Disrespected as a customer

Do not use this company. They are horrible. No respect for the customer. Definitely one day this company will fail. I had a disappointing experience with this company. I was offered a "voice search activation system" to bring clients to my new business, but the representative failed to inform me that a well-optimized, SEO-friendly website was essential for the service to work. As a new business owner, I had no way of knowing this requirement upfront. When I reached out for clarification and requested a refund the day after my purchase, my request was denied. The lack of transparency and refusal to issue a refund made me think these people are fraud and they should not be allowed to do this to people. They target new businesses, BE CAREFUL!!!. No respect to a customer, they took my money and that was it. I urge potential clients to ensure they fully understand all requirements before proceeding with this company.

Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience - Deceptive Sales Tactics and No Customer Service
I had an extremely negative experience with Apex Media Solutions. I initially signed up, believing I was getting one set of services, but during the welcome call, I quickly realized the actual offerings were entirely different. Less than 12 hours after signing up, I requested to cancel and get a full refund, but they refused, (despite that being the refund policy on their site) claiming services were already rendered. When I asked for proof of this through a report, the agent rudely refused.
Not only was the agent condescending and dismissive of all my requests, but when I finally got a cancellation confirmation, it came from a completely different company name—suspicious and unprofessional. The agent even refused to send a proper email confirmation initially. This company operates on deceptive sales tactics and hires people with zero respect for their customers. I've never been spoken to so poorly by any customer service representative before. Avoid this company at all costs—they're a complete scam!

Update!! Very much still a scam!! They are still calling me daily trying to scam me! These people are roofless, and it is nothing but a scam.Please do not engage with these people!!
Scam alert scam alert ! I found out this company is a scam, I asked for a refund within 2 hours of making a horrible decision to allow these people to take my money. There was no refund! These people are horrible people and they are scammers! Do not fall for their tactics! They do not deliver what they're telling you. Nothing will change with your presence out on the internet or in cyberspace. Hopefully you will research this company before you give them your money and not after like I did. You will find all over the Internet nothing but bad about these people.

Would leave negative stars if possible

Would leave negative stars if possible. I called last month to cancel my services. I was told that the person on the phone didn’t have the authority. Was told that they would have their supervisor call me and then the supervisor never called me. If by some chance they did actually call it never shows up as APEX Media Solutions and they don’t leave a message. They have sneaky tactics to keep taking your money. Now my account is overdrawn because they took the funds from my account. I have noticed, no benefit to utilizing these people for SEO assistance. They pass you off from one person to the next nobody takes accountability for their actions. They don’t deliver on their empty promises. Worst money ever spent.

I just try to cancel my services, after my initial call and was impossible, I just asking for more time to take my decision and the sales rep David, just show me "the company policies" . Be aware of internet's frau like this one.

I don't want to hear excuses when I have concerns, apparently the only thing this company does quickly is take my money and make excuses for their extreme lack of customer service. I don't want to talk to five different people, Trevor, Katie, Dave, Gabe and John about my concerns, I don't want to send multiple emails, leave multiple voice messages and still receive lackadaisical customer service. I also don't want to be given a phone number and told it's a particular person's direct line and still never get the actual person picking up their phone. Nothing but excuses, to many different people not taking accountability for zero follow through with any of my concerns led to me asking for a refund that also got dragged out. I will do better research before dealing with any other company, I have definitely learned a lesson from this experience.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with any company. They are a complete joke and I made it clear I didn't want to continue after my year contract was up I asked if there was any thing I need to do to cancel after the year I was told no well I was charged for a 13th month and they would only refund $100 and said it was in the contract when I signed up a year ago that I had to email a certain address to cancel after the year..then why did your staff tell me otherwise..very shady company beware...

My website's user experience was…

My website's user experience was lacking, so I hired Apex Media Solutions to give it a facelift. Their UI/UX designers did an incredible job making the site more intuitive and user-friendly. The new design is not only beautiful but also functional, with a much-improved navigation flow. my bounce rate has dropped significantly, and users are spending more time on the site. They really know how to design with the user in mind!
