I am a disabled
I am a disabled, house bound pensioner so I rely on the London Road shop quite a bit, the delivery persons a cheerful and patient as the know I walk very slow so I cant get to the front door quickly. Appy Shop is a life line for people like me.

Good product substitutions
They call me if a product is not available and offer an appropriate substitute. What I think is special is that if the same issue occurs again they remember my substitute preferences.

It's so simple to use the app, staff in shop are amazing and so helpful and the delivery drivers are brilliant and go the extra mile I use the shop at Boydstone road thet deserve top marks for being helpful pleasant and efficient
