No problems at all with the service I received.
The person I spoke to Ella, was very helpful and answered my questions without any problems.
The only small issue I had is that as ususal the initial automated service had some difficulty understanding my accent.

Very slow service for requests
Cannot get matters dealt with easily over the phone and I have to complete some online form. Very slow response to my request. After 4 weeks, I ended up chasing and spoke to someone and then received an email confirming part of my request (registering Lasting Power of Attorney) but am still waiting for a copy of a P60
