Sick to death of getting spammed by this company. Don't let them get your email address or you'll never ever be able to get rid! Reported to the Information Commissioner Office but they've done nothing to help.

Booked with Aqua voyage to cruise china and Japan. The itinerary was changed in December after we had paid the full balance. We were offered a full refund for the trip but as of today we are still waiting on our refund. First told it would take 8-10 weeks to process then told another 14 days. This week we were told refund was being processed. Still today no refund received. Absolutely devastated that we paid in full in good faith. We have now missed our window at work to take annual leave and not sure when will get away as need to refund to take holiday this was meant to be a trip of a life time. But has turned into a financial nightmare…

The excellent service carried on as it started including speaking to an advisor at some ungodly hour last Sunday morning to try to resolve a problem( not of their making).
It's honestly the best service I think I've come across in 50 years of travelling. So thanks again Aquavoyage

I’ve had a fantastic experience with James at Aqua Voyage. My requirements changed several times throughout the process, and each time he was more than happy to help. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely enthusiastic about finding the right options for me.

James struck the perfect balance of being polite, professional, and friendly. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free.

I can see why other reviewers have said things like “James was brilliant in explaining all the details and checking out alternative flights and hotels.” My experience has been exactly the same , consistent, attentive, and truly excellent service.

Highly recommended.

There is no email address for the AquaVoyage company on their website. This is wrong in its self, but also pushes away some people with different types of disabilities or people out of the country at the time of enquiring. Also their ‘Customer Support’ link on their website is disabled!

** Since leaving the above review AquaVoyage have left a reply to this review, asking that I phone them and stating that they don’t discriminate. They simply don’t understand that some people with disabilities can’t make phone calls.
They have also made a request to TrustPilot to ask for personal information about me, phone number etc to “verify” I am a customer when my issue is that I CANNOT become a customer because phoning is the only way of contacting AquaVoyage and their ‘Customer Support’ part of their website does not work.
I believe that their request for further information about me from Trust Pilot is an attempt to get my valid and accurate review deleted. This is poor practice by AquaVoyage.

This further highlights the poor understanding and quality of this company.

What an extremely helpful young man. He rang, a courtesy call, to see if everything was fine.
I advised that I was having trouble obtaining my boarding passes with Ryan Air.
Jadon did the whole thing for me, covering seat assignments, luggage costings etc.
He truly saved me a lot of messing, and time, for which I'm extremely grateful.
During the original booking process I spoke with a couple of Aqua Voyage employees, all of whom came across as professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I most whole heartedly recommend this company

Booked a cruise a few days ago with Aqua Voyage. James was brilliant in explaining all the details, checking out alternative flights and hotels etc. Our booking confirmation came through 24 hours later and required one small tweak. So a phone call, explain the tweak to another chap, who's name I didn't get unfortunately, and the documents were corrected and re-issued in about 30 minutes. Fantastic customer service from James and his colleague so far and based on this, I'd thoroughly recommend.

The experience of booking through this agency was an absolute pleasure. James was so patient and meticulously dealt with my booking application. At 85yrs old it’s so important to have a competent member of staff who offers a reassuring and professional approach. James of Aqua Voyage delivered on all aspects of the booking. I strongly recommend this agency for cruise expertise and particular thanks to James.

We just returned from our fabulous cruise on NCL Viva organised by Adam of Aqua voyage. Though this Greece Islands was not our original option, but Adam took the time to learn about 78 year old preferences to recommend this gem. We are forever grateful to Adam and look forward to the Victoria Fall adventure.

John was very good and listened carefully to our unique requirements. After a few follow up emails, I got a great deal for my carribean cruise.
The whole experience was great from start to finish, and oh including the cruise too which was FANTASTIC.

We had the most incredible holiday sailing around the Caribbean, all thanks to AquaVoyage! Everything was seamless and stress-free. A huge shoutout to Adam, who made the entire booking process a pleasure—he was helpful, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to our questions.

The Cruise was amazing and I’m looking forward to my next cruise with the same company. There were lots of activities on the ship, entertainment team was brilliant, food was very nice. I enjoyed the stops in Bahamas and the private island of MSE.
