Poor quality (plastic) jewellery bought wholesale from overseas. Not worth the price tag.
Arabella Cleo’s jewellery is sadly plastic, bought from wholesale overseas & not good quality.
I thought for the price they would be better than the same quality/design of jewellery sold at Kmart - but the only difference between the two was the price tag ;(.
I ended up having to give my sister a different gift for her birthday given the poor quality earrings would have been an insult for her 21st.
You seem like a lovely person Arabella, I hope you choose to do wholesale for locally Australian-made briccabrack in the future, there are many artists here looking for sellers like you - your business is powerful and I wish you didn’t ship poor quality items from overseas.

The express post cost was not worth it
The express post cost was not worth it. Order on the Monday am paid for the 2 - 4 day delivery but did not receive the item until the following Monday, past the person's birthday.

Very disappointed with how frail the…
Very disappointed with how frail the bracelets are. I don’t think they will last very long. I bought them for my self daughter and grandaughter for something very special we can wear together. I am very concerned they will stand up to being worn. I am actually deciding whether to return for refund because of frailty
