Arabella Designs Avis

We had been looking in all the usual outlets for a loungie, crash out style of corner sofa but couldnt find anything suitable, comfort or sizewise, so, begrudgingly, we decided on a standalone sofa and armchair from loaf as their corner sofas did not fit our space.
But at the last minute before purchase, by chance, we came across arabellas website, called Chris and arranged to visit him in their showroom.
It has been a lovely experiance dealing with him, he listened as we explained what we wanted and he suggested trying the cloud corner sofa which he could custom build to our exact measurements and fabric choices and at no additional cost to their standard sizes.
We've just taken delivery of the sofa and could not be happier with it, fantastic quality and so, so comfortable, all at a brilliant price too.
We highly recommend Arabella designs to anyone considering a new sofa, thanks again Chris.

The swatches prove the quality of upholstery used and colour choices are beautiful. Wonderful customer service.

Lovely samples

Arabella Designs provided a fantastic service from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Chris, the owner takes a lot of pride in the business and this is reflected in the service provided. I would highly recommend Arabella Designs and would use them again in the future. Great advice, huge selection of materials and colours and we never felt rushed to make a decision. Thanks Chris and Amy for everything.

Spoke to Chris today exceptional service ordered my sofa and can’t wait for delivery

Perfection from start to finish. I thought it might be too good to be true but after having the sofa delivered today, I am over the moon. The communication is excellent, the quality and price. Completely faultless.

I had a wonderful experience with Arabella Designs from start to finish. The level of personalised customer service was genuinely impressive, Amy took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the bespoke process feel easy. Every detail was carefully considered, and nothing ever felt rushed or off the shelf.

The finished sofa is beautiful, thoughtfully crafted, with real attention to quality and finish. It’s clear a lot of care goes into their work, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It was hand delivered by Chris himself which added to the caring, conscientious customer experience that I’ve received throughout. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for quality-made sofas crafted to stand the test of time.

We have just had our Coco sofa delivered and we absolutely love it. It has a subtle 70s vibe which we were unable to find anywhere else.

It has a solid construction, is super comfortable, and the quality is outstanding.

I ordered two fabric sample packs before making a decision and nothing was too much trouble. Amy and Chris were incredibly responsive and genuinely lovely to deal with.

I would highly recommend Arabella Designs - thank you so much!

Absolutely delighted with our new sofa! The showroom was too far away to visit so I asked loads of questions before buying. The team at Arabella were super quick to reply each time with really helpful advice, they really put my mind at ease.
There was a small hiccup when the sofa was delivered but Arabella sorted the problem within a couple of days.
The sofa is such amazing quality and so comfy. Firm with a bit of squish. Just perfect! I would 100% buy from them again. 👌🏼

Just had new sofa delivered and everything we hoped it would be, beautifully made to our spec. Excellent quality and great service throughout, looking forward to you helping with our next sofa project.
Very happy to recommend. Well done Chris.

We contacted Arabella designs about our sofa needs a few weeks ago. The owners Amy and Chris have been extremely efficient and helpful for word go. We are impressed by the quality and large sumptuous sofas which they build on site.

Our sofa from Arabella Designs was delivered yesterday and we couldn’t be more impressed! It’s beautifully made, incredibly comfortable and the attention to detail is clear.

Chris was incredible to work with from start to finish. He was always quick to respond to my queries no matter the time of day and helped us to customise our sofa to perfectly fit our space.

Highly recommend Arabella Designs for anyone looking for a bespoke piece with top quality craftsmanship and a truly personal service.

Just received my sofa and I am over the moon with it. Chris has been so lovely and professional from start to finish. He really does go the extra mile and I am so pleased we went with arabella designs after looking at so many other companies and chains. Honestly so worth the wait and will be back to order again in future.

I have just received my cloud bespoke heritage velvet in olive, and it’s absolutely beautiful. The quality is excellent and the sofa is very comfortable and well made, with plenty of padding. Chris is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you are totally happy with your sofa.

This exceeded our expectations!

We ordered a bespoke coco in mink and wow! The sofa is beautifully made, extremely comfy and the craftsmanship is top notch. It was even better than we could have imagined. Chris was extremely helpful and his knowledge really showed when helping us decide what was best for us ! Will 100% be ordering something again!

Thank you so much

Arrabella, made our bespoke settee its perfect, fits room great, well made, comfortable and super size very pleased.

Chris is absolutely brilliant, obviously knows his sofas and nothing is a problem.
(I changed my mind regarding the fabric and the size of the sofa I want)
Looking forward to receiving my sofa in a few weeks, which if the customer service is anything to go go should be fabulous.

Great service from start to finish.

I came to Chris with some ideas on what was looking for as nothing on the market that suited, so Chris designed a chaise sofa and armchair based on my needs, producing a bespoke size design from one of the sofa ranges.
All material swatches were delivered in a couple days for review.

The sofa quality is second to none - absolutely superb.

Delivery was made only last week - very happy.

Chris is always quick to respond with any queries and always available on the phone.

Would highly recommend.

I ordered the medium Cloud Bespoke Sofa in chocolate brown Boutique Velvet and it’s definitely the best furniture decision I’ve ever made! Chris was so helpful, and answered all my questions and queries promptly, even out of hours. The sofa is gorgeous; the velvet fabric feels amazing and the deep soft cushions are perfect for curling up in on lazy afternoons with a friend (or four, as it’s so big!) I’ve recommended this company to a few people already; I think lots more will be interested once they come round and sit on it too!
