Easy to get through to customer service by telephone. The customer service agent Sli that I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and dealt with my query in a friendly, professional way. Excellent company to deal with.

Excellent service for Unoccupied House Insurance. It is a slightly tricky insurance need. Nick couldn't have been more helpful and gave me lots of information. While taking out insurance on the phone always takes time, it was soon dealt with. Would I use them again? Yes

My experience was good but it was difficult to get through to the right person as the answer service to the various departments did not respond to the second button it just cut me off.
