Phone contact from this company as soon as I entered my details online - normally I wouldn’t appreciate the immediate contact (didn’t even get to the part of the form to give my consent to contact) but I have to say it was more of a courtesy call and there was no pressure to buy on the phone. Instead I was invited to email once the quotes had been generated. The quotes were over 30% cheaper for the same cover so I called back and the whole thing was reviewed and completed quickly and professionally. A quick check showed ‘Compare Landlords Insurance’ is CETA Insurance and they are connected to Arkel, who is the provider of my insurance policy - all coming under the FCA umbrella. Ultimately a much more affordable product than my previous provider (simply business who were generating the quotes through money supermarket and compare the market) and fantastic customer service from the sales end - hopefully will be just as easy on renewal and/or claim scenario.

I was sceptical at first but Ceta are a genuine, no pressure, reasonably priced and very comprehensive Home insurance company for landlords!

Priya was very helpful in cancelling one cover and proposing another more in line with my request for building insurance.

Took out unoccupied home insurance while the sale of mum's property was ongoing as mum had alzheimers and had to go into care.
Called to cancel once the property was sold, sadly the same time mum passed away.
These DO NOT refund anything for terminating the policy early.
Will never use them again
