was on time and report submitted speedily. not sure its worth the money though as very light on details and recommends a whole raft of more people to verify condition of wiring plumbing appliances etc.

Initial email about wrong property. Property build date 50 years out. And a structural issue highlighted because of the presence of a pattered plate which happens to be the door bell ?! Has given me little to no confidence in the accuracy and quality of the report

Arrangements to complete survey was made quickly and report came within a week of survey being completed.

I had a hard deadline for the contract exchange and had to know if there were any major red flags as quickly as possible. Dan was the only surveyor who was available to do the Level 2 survey in the next 2-3 days (and not weeks as many), but also kindly agreed to give me a call after he finished to give me a quick overview. A comprehensive report highlighting issues that need attention.

Survey was booked with Homeserve and Ark Surveyors Ltd were assigned the work. Dan contacted to set access date. As time was of the essence and we needed the Survey and Valuation done, Ark Surveyors was able to schedule the job as early as possible and delivered a detailed report within a week. Ark Surveyors services are very thorough, swift and on time. I don't hesitate in recommending them.

I was put in contact with Ark Surveyors through another site. The process of arranging the survey was swift and within 24hrs I received an email confirmation.

However after the initial email, I found communication to be poor.I had to call on a number of occasions to request a response to emails sent. Upon speaking to Dan I found him to be quite short and I always felt that he was busy with something else.

With that said the report itself was received within a week and despite minor typo's and it being labelled DRAFT. It was extremely thorough and detailed and based on the information shared I have some additional information I would not have had on the property I am purchasing which has enabled me to do further checks.

So overall not a bad experience but communication could be better.
