LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER - Avoid at all cost!! I placed my order before Ramadan and they told me it was going to be delivered in 3-4 days. This obviously didn’t happen and then they shared a tracking link with me after 3 weeks - the tracking showed that the parcel was delivered weeks ago. After I checked with them, they confirmed a whole week later that they had given me the wrong tracking link!!!! This is insane - they don’t answer any calls and don’t take ANY ACCOUNTABILITY! I ordered from 3 diff PK designers and all of them arrived on time .. it’s Eid in 2 days and Armas is yet to respond to me. Worst customer service - no one has a clue about anything! Appalling!!

Amazing service ! Especially during these critical time . I ordered from Zara shahjahan & it took them over a month to sent me the parcel so while waiting I ordered couple outfits from Armas & I’m so impressed with the outfits I received within a week and they are beautiful for the price . Very fancy n elegant . Definitely coming back to get more .

The staff communicates quickly and effectively! They were able to dispatch and get my dress delivered to me before Eid which I appreciate so much! The dresses are also good quality for what you pay!

It’s my first time ordering from this company I explained to them that I needed it shipped urgently because I would be flying out soon, instead of letting me know that it wouldn’t be possible they got me to pay extra and still did not dispatch the clothing.

Don’t waste money on these idiots. If you’re thinking about buying online, just ignore this brand. They never deliver on time and will keep lying to you about the delivery date. Very poor service.

This was my first ever order with Armas. I have had issues with brands before not communicating when u message them on WhatsApp and don’t provide no updates. I really wanted my outfit to be delivered to me before my flight back but Armas team was great in communicating via WhatsApp and when I requested them they expedited the process and made sure to have my order delivered before my flight.
Love the quality, stitching and details of my outfit and mostly the customer service.
I will definitely be ordering again from them.

Amazing experience with an urgent order I had to place from overseas and be delivered in Lahore to a hotel. Instant replies and clear communication helped me alot. New collections weekly.

I ordered 3 times same suit they didn't deliver and we are home all day they write on the tracking refuse to take it and then they call and do fake promises oh we deliver tom and this and that very bad experience.

After 2 days of back and forth and fake promises they weren't able to deliver my clothes on time - not only that but their riders were extremely rude on the phone. I don't understand the need to be batameez. They have no remorse for running anyways event & they keep blaming their courier service for the delay. This is extremely poor customer service. Not only did I have to run behind them to get my clothes delivered which they didn't deliver on time, I also had to deal with their riders rude attitude.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

And there is no after Care. No one from their team has called me to compensate me.
