I have really enjoyed their supplements so far, and when they accidentally sent me two of one instead of two different they sent out the missing one the next day. Very smooth customer experience.

I have been a customer for some time now and it's always been great - both in terms of the products and the service. My last order arrived damaged (the safety seal was off), however they sent me a replacement very quickly. Absolutely brilliant customer service as usual.. very helpful and efficient.

Link provided to download the digital content but this doesn’t work. Link sent for another way to access but only has US measurements. The content I have paid for is totally unusable so I have completely wasted my money. Sent several emails but they never respond

I had a fantastic experience with the Metabolic Reset, the recipes are amazing and easy to follow!

Ordered one book through FB ad and couldn’t download it. Ordered a different one direct and no download link.
Customer service is an absolute joke. They NEVER respond .
So I’ve paid out all this money and have no books to show for it.
To say they are in the public eye this is not acceptable.
Would like to return the few supplements that I did get to go with the book, but can’t get in touch, as they do not reply!
My advise would be to give this company a wide berth and do not order from them.

I have not been sent the link; the program I paid for said it was a digital download but only an Order Confirmation was sent, no download link. I have tried to contact the company (twice) via their "Contact us" form, and publicly on instagram, and privately on instagram. They have made no reponse whatsoever. Please do not get scammed like me.

After ordering my wife all her products! I had realised I got the order completely wrong. I contacted customer service and fixed it all for me before my wife cut my head off!

Ordered first item. Arrived a week later. Next order 15 January. Half order shipped without house number so returned to sender by Royal Mail. Other half no idea. Now, when I go to the website enter order number and email there is NO RECORD. Have written emails to team@ and hello@ Have filled in contact form on their website and sent message via email. No response at all. Very poor customer service. Not going to use again.

have signed up to the Metabolic reset after reading about them in the Times. The recipes clearly haven't been tested as they mention ingredients that don't figure in the recipe or you get half way through and then some random ingredient appears that wasn't listed in the ingredients. The quantities are not listed clearly and the recipes take ages to create which isn't ideal when you are starving and need to EAT! massive long lists of random ingredients that you have to hunt around specialist stores for ... not impressed. Fine if you don't work and have nothing else to do all day but mindful breathing and chopping cabbage.

Terrible customer service have been trying to swap a product ordered by mistake and although I sent an email 5 minutes after ordering they still sent me the wrong product They said they would send return labels weeks ago and have received nothing and they do not answer emails. Will not be using them again-.

Have been taking metabloic fix for two weeks, and have seen zero difference to cravings etc.

Their website promises to respond within one working day of any enquiry. Unfortunately for me that's not the case.
The query about two products was answered that was not relevant to my question.

Amazing products! Cant live without them!

I have been using Enhanced Nootropics, Metabolic Fix and the G.I Fix for 3 weeks now and I'm amazed and so thankful for the changes I have experienced. As a Celiac, I have a long history of digestive issues, and these supplements have improved my gut and BM significantly. Even better, I have noticed increased energy and mood, far less bloating, and my cravings for snacks and sugar have significantly decreased. I highly recommend!

Went to one of the online talks about the gut and it was very interesting and informative.
