Overall, there were no issues except I was waiting for the reply for 5 days when I contacted the support. But it was July, vacations, so I can understand it. :)

všetko zatiaľ ok. objednal som si dve rovnaké zrkadlá naraz v ten istý deň. jedno mi prišlo už po týždni v piatok 20.11.2020 a druhé dúfam že príde tento týždeň. neviem prečo ich neposlali naraz. troc... Voir plus

they introduce a control panel with time and weather in the layout

Hello, I would be very happy to respond. The panel with the time and weather obscures the view of the mirror. It is very badly stored, it should have been on the right side and not slowly in the middle of the mirror. If it were possible, I would immediately return it to you. The numbers on the panels are as for blind people. The offered images on the website do not correspond to the delivered goods.

Undelivered order with no response. Updated!
I purchase the order almost 3-4 weeks ago. Your company guarantee me delivering of the product on 13.4. 2023 but I havent heard from you untill now, 22.4. thanks, I will consider escalation on this order to hear from you.
UPDATE:
after my escalation, company reach to delivery company and about in week product was delivered for what I m happy, I havent install it yet but it looks good.
Hopefully they will track the orders if GLS dont deliver them and start steps by themselves in the future.

Product is really nice
Product is really nice. I only did not make good decision regarding bevel edges as option - this is not shown sufficiently on the web site and for me it seems a little bit archaistic in reality (I thought this is only protection scarf, not a designt element).

Super obchod, so zrkadlom sme velmi spokojni. Vsetko prebehlo bez najmensich problemov. Urcite odporucam vsetkym, co zvazuju kupit cez nich zrkadlo.

Excellent
So službami tejto spoločnosti som veľmi spokojná. Zrkadlo prišlo kvalitne zabalené a tak isto aj doručenie bolo veľmi rýchle. Zrkadlo sme použili do spálne kde nám krásne osvieti stenu za posteľou. Určite môžem len ďalej odpočúvať. Ďakujem

...takže som nepochodil
...takže som nepochodil. Odpísali mi, že som si objednal to, čo som dostal. Pýtal som objednávku a poslali mi v maili napísané to, čo mi poslali, čiže žiadna príloha v PDF alebo inom formate ako sa to robí vždy a všade. Neviem prečo by som si napr. objednával zrkadlo bez vypínania svetla, keď mám k nemu dotiahnutý len stály prúd a nie kábel od svetla, čiže vypínač je potrebný. Ale prosiť sa nikomu nebudem, senzor na pohyb rukou za 10.-€ si dokážem namontovať aj sám. Akurát ma mrzí to vyhrievanie. Podelím sa so svojou nemilou skúsenosťou.
