Black Mango Wood Coffee Table

The coffee table is great . There was great communication from both Artico and the delivery company they use . I was kept well informed and it all went very smoothly. The only thing that could be improved , is that it was covered in dust when it was packed so I had to give it a good clean when I unbound it .

Overall great experience

Overall, my experience with this purchase was positive. The ordering process was straightforward and everything was easy to navigate.

Delivery was smooth and the item arrived in good condition, well packaged and protected. Communication was clear throughout, which made the process feel reliable.

The table itself is a beautiful, high-quality piece and definitely lived up to expectations in terms of design and appearance.

The only downside I would highlight is a product detail rather than the service, which is the lack of soft-close hinges. Aside from that, I’m very happy with the purchase.

Two-month wait for a damaged unit and insulting customer service

I waited two months for this TV unit, and it was a total waste of time. The item arrived with two large shoe prints right on the top surface—clearly, no one cares about quality control at the warehouse.
The defects are endless:
• The wood is damaged on the side.
• There is a massive dip in the top panel.
• The doors are completely uneven and won't align even after adjusting the hinges.
When I complained, they offered a pathetic £20 refund. When I told them that was an insult, they said I could return it. Why should I have to spend my own time dismantling and repacking a heavy, "sh*t" product and waiting around for a courier because they sent me a damaged item?
It is disgraceful to make the customer do the work to fix the company’s incompetence. I shouldn’t have to waste another minute on this. Avoid this company at all costs.

We’ve carefully reviewed both your correspondence and the images provided. While we understand your concerns, we were unable to identify the “shoe prints” mentioned from the photos shared. If you’re able to provide any additional images of this, we would be more than happy to investigate this further for you.

As outlined previously, this piece is part of our handmade solid wood range, where natural grain variations and characteristics are an inherent feature of the design rather than defects. Additionally, slight door misalignment can occasionally occur during transit due to the weight of solid wood, and can be easily adjusted,
we provided guidance to assist with this.

That said, we did offer multiple resolutions, including a goodwill gesture and the option of a full return and refund, which remain available should you wish to proceed.

We always aim to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly, and our team remains on hand to assist you further.

Beautiful stunning furniture

Beautiful furniture each piece I have is absolutely stunning ,service and delivery excellent I would definitely recommend artico to friends and family or anyone wanting truly unique and extremely well made furniture very very pleased with my purchases and I will definitely be adding to it in the future

We bought dining chairs from Artico Interiors and are extremely pleased with them. They are so comfortable and look great in our room. They’re not the cheapest on the market but you get what you pay for and these exude quality. The delivery was much quicker than expected too!

Very nice quality sideboard

First off yes we did have to wait for 3 months to get it but good communication from the company made it work. Delivery guys very good and I would definitely make another order with confidence .the sideboard we purchased is a really nice piece for the money,

Excellent quality furniture

I had to wait a few weeks for my sideboard but now it’s here I am thrilled and plan to buy the matching TV unit. There was a problem with the delivery company but I had a refund processed the same day for that. I would definitely recommend Artico. The quality of the sideboard is excellent.

Received damaged base

Received damaged base , contacted Artico who wasn’t helpful and failed to get another replacement.
Thankfully I just order the dining table and not all the kitchen furniture.
I don’t think I’ll be going back to them

I did contact Artico when request a payment to replace the base , despite sending g emails I did not receive any reply

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We take all concerns seriously and always aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

In this case, your order was delivered on 16 April 2025, and our records show that the concerns raised were reported over six weeks after delivery. As outlined in our terms, any damages or issues must be reported upon receipt to allow us to investigate and resolve them effectively.

That said, despite this being outside of our standard reporting timeframe, we still made an exception and offered a solution by sourcing replacement parts at a significantly reduced cost as a goodwill gesture.

We always strive to support our customers where possible, even beyond policy, and we’re sorry that this resolution did not meet your expectations.

Floating dinning dresser

The floating dinning dresser was delivered well packaged and fully assembled. It is well crafted and looks wonderful in its location. As with all floating elements it does require attaching to a wall. The brackets and fittings were also well crafted and a person with a reasonable level of diy would not find it difficult.
