None existent customer service, delivery took 6 months no regular updates. When I did call in, no one took the time to answer calls or emails. Didn’t know what was happening.

When I did get a delivery day and time and the drivers turned up they refused to unload item as they said it was to heavy. When I tried to call the company to say they were refusing I got no return call from then. I called twice as an urgent matter as the delivery drivers were not touching the item to unload. No one from the company recalled me back.

It was a nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn’t order from them again, be warned. I have ordered expensive items from other companies with great Custer service and delivery but this company I will never order from again

Solid Mango Wood Sideboard - So chic, beautiful, arrived quickly.
I was expecting my item to take weeks, it took a few days!! Im thrilled, just love it so much, really fine piece of furniture, very well made, very impressive. Extremely roomy, I have alot of books and they all fit. The right hand cupboard i use as a drinks cabinet and all my glasses all fit perfectly. Highly recommend the company and this piece in particular.

Hi my wife ordered a unit of furniture from this company please be careful as of today we still don’t have it. Ordered on the 15/08/2026 was expecting delivery on Friday past got a phone call to say it would not be coming as wrong item loaded on to truck. We still don’t know if we are getting it or not as we have had no correspondence from this company. I called yesterday twice and was told they would get back to us bye end of day nothing yet. Very disappointed in this company as item is not cheap. Will call today to try find out what is going on. So we now had to contact the delivery people our self as we have not heard from them. As the tracking info was still the same. Artico really need to sort out its communication with customers as they are a joke of a company. There was not two email addresses used for the order. Stop trying to blame us it was you fault but you blamed the delivery company for wrong item being loaded and now your trying to blame us. We had to contact you cause you were not telling us when the new one was being sent poor communication from you. Will never order another item from you. Disappointed trying to blame us.

The professional staff were quick to respond and resolve our issue.

Scorpion Tv Cabinet had a scratch on the door upon un boxing. The box was badly marked photos taken. Also one of the drawers is sticking and hard to open. Its hard to communicate with them .You cant call directly its screened by foreign call center and emails are slow response. They did replace the door eventually to be fair to them but I have been ignored regarding the sticking drawer despite sending a video of the fault. I have sent a follow up email but no response. Alignment of doors and drawers is poor its lucky im a carpenter and was able to make adjustments myself but still not perfect. Cabinet held together by angle brackets not wood joints i was surprised at this. Despite all this if they could reply regarding the sticking drawer I would be happier.
Update( regarding your reply below) I have not received any email from you about my video file being too big. I have checked my inbox and there is nothing regarding this. You have infact ignored my emails regarding the sticking drawer. I sent a follow up email to you trying to get a response and received nothing in reply. I have just checked and still nothing. Please tell me which format you would like the video sending in.
Update: sent video by whatsapp as per your request. Still being ignored. No response to my whats app video or following email.

Excellent furniture, well made, beautifully designed and carefully delivered.
The piece I bought is solid, stylish and exactly as it appeared on the website.
I ordered a while ago however the availability and timeline were made very clear at the time of order, and I was happy to wait for such a stunning piece of furniture. Delivery was with care, and on time, and the piece itself was very well packaged for safety, I will definitely be buying more pieces.

We purchased 2 side tables and we absolutely love them, the quality is excellent, delivery was so quick a great experience all round, thank you so much.

I honestly couldn’t be more over the moon with my new buffalo hide leather dining chairs.

They are absolutely stunning. The quality, colour and craftsmanship are even better than I hoped for, and the leather has such a beautiful, rich warmth to it. They feel incredibly well made and look like they will only get better with age.

I was particularly impressed with the detailing. The beautiful stitched panels and quilted leather give them a real luxury feel, while the design still has that timeless, classic look that I was after.

And they are so comfortable! They look gorgeous around my new table and complement the natural wood perfectly. Together, they have completely transformed my dining room and created exactly the look I had envisioned.

Although there were delays in receiving furniture i was kept fully informed and all staff were polite and professional and I was offered a good will payment for the inconvenience. Now that I have my furniture I am very pleased and everyone comments and asks where i got it all from. I will definitely be buying more!

Purchased a dining table for our new home, and we weren't wowed by the shopping experience, the delivery or quality sadly.

After being told the table was being shipped, no tracking number was sent, only upon a chase a day or so later to customer services were we rang by the delivery company to say it was due the following day, so had to take time off work short notice.

The delivery was so poor, the people delivering struggled to understand directions to my new build home, then were mistreating the item during delivery, dragging the boxes, balancing them against the vehicle, I kept having to remind them it was glass and fragile. They were dressed rather oddly to deliver such heavy items, mainly flip flops to which one tripped over outside during delivery. They also kept trying to leave an empty pallet with me, despite my items not being on a pallet.

Lastly, the item once assembled it has a wow factor, however it had no assembly instructions fortunately as it was a table we were able to work out the chopstick legs part ourselves, the glass top is scratched here and there, but likely within tolerance and the chrome legs were lightly scuffed and marked but again likely within a tolerance.
