We bought some of the 2.5m slatted cladding to use in our office as a feature wall & honestly couldn’t be happier with it. The product was delivered next day and the staff were really polite and friendly

No VAT receipt provided, no reply email, refused collect the return item. Avoid this company, not a good seller, poor service

Friendly technical support, product delivered next day and the composite battons are of excellent quality defect free.

We ordered 2 x 1m squared panels of the botanical design for an indoor wall.
I’m not overwhelmed by the product. Overall it is nice quality but 2 things concern me.
1) the 2 panels were delivered just wrapped in black tarp cello taped together. There were no company details or indication it was a high quality product. One of the panels was in a product package inside the black tarp but the other panel was just wrapped in the black tarp showing that it had already been opened and removed from original packaging.
2) we bought 2 panels to make one large wall feature. On the website they have a picture of this and the foliage looks seamless. In reality, when we clip the 2 pieces together there is a noticeable gap in the middle and it looks less professional.

Slatted cladding looks sturdy and good quality. Aesthetically pleasing. Antique shade blends in nicely with natural garden shades.

Ordered samples which arrived the following day.

Fast delivery in great packaging of a good variety of samples to choose from.

From point of order throughout process to speedy delivery the attention to customer service is 2nd to none!
Can highly recommend

Service and quality of the cladding was first class

Really happy with the Products & service i have recieved from Artificial Living. The team was really helpful when quoting materials and sent me everything we needed to get the job done. Over the moon with our slatted cladding & would most definately reccomend using these guys!!!

I ordered a sample it took 2 weeks to receive it and that’s after making phone calls and emails. There was no communication to let us know why our order has been delayed.

I ordered a specific color and received something totally different, that was t do good.

Samples has arrived ,they looking good ,I am looking forward to buy some , great quality :)

The living wall product is much better than I expected, several people that have seen it thought the plants were real growing plants. An excellent product from an equally good company.

Have made 4 orders for cladding boards and fixtures now with them over the phone and each time the staff have been super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Would recommend for quality of product and service.

Call back from Daniel to ask about previous review was much appreciated and explained the situation but also didn’t help that Royal Mail was on strike so this is why sample was late! Product sample is good and I’m now looking at artificial wall panels after talking to Daniel. Thanks for your help.
