I have sent several emails to the company per their website since I need the flowers by a certain date. No response. I am extremely disappointed.

I ordered a small bunch of artificial flowers in January, but hadn't received them last month, so I went to my PayPal account to report them as undelivered. The first step in making a claim was to contact the company with the email PayPal provided but there was still no response. Yesterday, I started a claim with PayPal and immediately was refunded. I've learned my lesson. I'm sorry I didn't read reviews here before ordering, but glad that I used PayPal

DONT ORDER THROUGH THEM! They steal your $$ and either will not send you the product or send you a very small amount. I spend $500 and they send me 3 SMALL bunches and it took 3 months to get here! I truly believe the only reason they sent it was because PayPal got involved

Placed an order 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. I emailed them and they never respond

I don’t even think the company exist. I order flowers that never came.. if your money and time is valuable, I would not recommend ordering from this scam.

HORRIBLE “company” AVOID AT ALL COST! If you have money to waste and don’t expect to receive your order then go for it! It is beyond my level of understanding how a “business” like this can still be around. They are thieves! I have waited 3 months to receive my order and have not received dust! They told me to have patience, as if waiting for 3 months is not enough. Shame on them! I hope they get sued!

BEWARE! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! I placed an order in NOVEMBER and as of MARCH still did not receive. I sent SEVERAL requests and no answer. DO NOT BUT~

I ordered in November and they said it would arrive by February then stopped replying to my messages, I messaged every week from February to March. I had to go through PayPal for a refund. NOVEMBER. TO MARCH. NO SHIPMENT. They lied 3 times saying it would ship within 7 days over and over while delaying communications. FRAUD

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I made a large purchase end of November and was told 30 days for processing and shipping. When the time came around I reached out to the company and was told there were delays and it would be another 30 days. When the time came around, I sent another message for an update and was told it would be another 30 days. I don’t have time for that as this is for a wedding coming up. I requested to cancel and for a refund instead of waiting another 30 days. They informed me they processed the cancellation and the refund would show in my account within 7 business days. It’s already been 22 days with no refund and no response to my emails. Over $400 just gone.

If I could I would give 0 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM ARTIFICIAL MERCH. I was never notified my order would not arrive by the time I needed them. I gave contacted them numerous times without a single response. I gave requested a refund and still have not received it. Worst company to exist. Terrible customer service. Ir looks as though they never fulfill orders. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered calla lillies in a box. Got tupils in a bag. They promptly replied and offered to resend or refund. I asked to resend. Never got replacement and they stopped responding to emails. Do not order from them.

Do not buy from this company. It’s some sort of scam. The stuff is shipped from China. I ordered two tabletop light up Christmas decorations and it took a while to get, but when I got them and unwrapped each, they had no closures on the bottom where the batteries go. This can be very dangerous because not only can the batteries fall out but any kind of metal hitting it can cause them to short. I sent a picture showing the casing closures were not on them. So instead of offering me a refund they said, that’s too bad, we will give you a $20 store credit that you can use to our buy more cr*p. I said I didn’t want a $20 store credit but wanted a refund and I would send them back due to their missing parts. They then offered me a $20 refund, which was far less than what I paid. I said fine because I didn’t want to deal with it, but I also never got the refund.

There is no way to contact except through email and I believe this is a SCAM!! I already paid for my order and it’s been a month and no flowers. I read the other reviews— and they point out they were SCAMMED too! A little late for me but I hope not for any of you who are reading this now.

Still waiting on my order after 2 months! Company just keeps telling me its on the way! Do not recommend ordering anything from this company!!!!

I ordered sample flowers to consider for my wedding. Needless to say, I never received them and attempts to reach them go unanswered. If it's not a scam, which at this point I question, it is the most poorly run company I've come across in a long time. New management and more owner oversight, if they're different, is needed immediately. If it is owner operated...

I was lead to believe it was buy in bulk artificial flower store. Where I could purchase products for my wreath making. The ads are great. But that's it. They love to take your money.
But you get nothing. No merchandise ever showed up. When I tried two different ways, for the next couple of days, to contact them, to cancel the order. Nothing. No one responded. Very frustrating. Lost all that money. No way to get a refund. As I can't get through to their customer service.
They even sent me a PayPal bill to fill out afterwards. Which I did not. As I did NOT pay with PayPal to begin with. It was a scam beginning to end. When I buy online now I with stick to the companies I know or do more major research before hand.

Took my money never received anything.

I have to give 1 star to write I just come here to checkout this website and I see a tremendous amount of negative reviews with very little positive so I will not order from this place. Maybe everyone should report them to the BBB. I don’t understand how they can get away with not shipping, no refunds or answering customer emails. Thank you to all for honest reviews.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!! they are clearly stealing all of our money. No one receives orders... I’m still waiting for mine and I’m come to the realization, I’m not gonna ever get it. I have reported them to the BBB. I also have connections with the FBI and I have submitted a request to have them investigated. Not long before they will be going to Jail eventually it will catch up to them, scam websites is a federal CRIME! Especially stealing money from all of us people who are ordering on this facetious site !!
Buyers BEWARE!!!!

I ordered flowers from Artificial Merch in early September. By mid October, I received no tracking information. I reached out to request tracking, and the email was returned as undeliverable. I reported the transaction to my credit card company, who refunded me. I reached out to artificial merch a second time, and this time it went through, advising that the package shipped. A month late, but ok. The package was to deliver today, however I received notification that they used fraudulent postage.
