I placed an order on 1-3-2025 & it’s now 3-21-2025 and I’ve still not received it. I’ve have sent numerous emails inquiring about my order and not one response. I just read all the horrible reviews about this company and I’m literally sick at my stomach knowing that they are deliberately stealing hard working Americans money and are legally allowed to do it. Basically the chance of receiving my order or a refund is zero at this point….
On 3-21-2025 Artificialmerch.com responded to this post and said they would have the bank credit my account ASAP and was sorry about everything. It’s now 4-1-2025 and I still have not received my refund credited to my account. This has to be a scam company and can’t be trusted. They are stealing hard working Americans money and can’t be trusted!!! I want my promised refund!!!!

Placed two orders (#16284 & #16285) for my wedding, on Jan 4, 2025. Paid expedited shipping on one order in hopes it would get to me in time to check the quality and determine if the product would work out for us. Today is Mar 21, 2025 and I have nothing. I have sent numerous emails and have yet to get a single response. I have requested refunds and have heard nothing. I have seen Artificial Merch respond to these reviews than to direct communication with them. Maybe this will get their attention. If not, I have learned my lesson.

Ordered beginning of Jan 2025, it's now almost end of March and no replies to inquiry emails. Seeing I'm like tons of others here who apparently were scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Definitely do NOT order!

Order was placed January 14. Expected deliver 14 days. NO RESPONSE to several emails. Put a hold on my CC. This company has disappeared (as revealed by all the comments here). DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Used this company several times in the past and received fabulous product in expected time. Since December no order has been filled and zero replies to several emails asking about 2 orders. The website states they are hiring people but it doesn't seem to much to ask for someone to reply to email with an update or refund my money if they can't fill the orders. Their product was great in the past but I will no longer order from them if an email to update on orders isn't even possible for them to do. Can't rely on them.

Placed an order on December 10th for over $400 and have not received product and zero response to my many emails! My attorney just emailed for fraudulent activity and they are to reply within 5 days. If no response- will result in further legal action, including potential litigation to recover damages and pursue appropriate remedies under applicable laws.

Do not order from this site. If I could give this site zero stars I would. I placed an order 12/28/2024. I received an email confirming my order and then that was it. I never received my order. I have emailed twice, reached out on their online form, tried to chat, reached out on Facebook messenger and still not one word from any one at the company. I have no idea if I will ever see my products or receive a refund for the $76.79 I spent.

My first order was fine. Loved flowers. Ordered more and only received some of the 2nd order. Emailed several times no response still ordered both in January

Do not use this company. I placed 2 orders, received a confirmation email on the 14th and 16th of January. I have sent several emails requesting status of shipment. I have received nothing in return. I attempted the chat yesterday morning in which they say that they will respond immediately. 24 hours later today and still no response. I don't believe the product exists.

To provide a quick update about order #16769 placed on January 14th in the amount of $83.34 and #16687 placed on January 16th in the amount of $24.95. I have received NOTHING! No response, no email, no text, or chat on their website, no tracking info, and NO PRODUCT! This company is a scam and nothing more than cyber pirates. Do not purchase anything from them.

UPDATE - Email received March 19th, 2025 Advised I have not received a tracking number as of yet or a shipping notification. Today is April 6th, 2025 and I am still waiting for the items ordered and a tracking number.

Nearly 3 months later and I have received just 1 email over 2 months after the purchase with a promise to receive the items ordered in January 2025 by April 10th, 2025. Today is the 17th of April and still no product or email update from this company.

Today is May 7th, 2025 and still no flowers from this fraudulent company or refund. I finally spent $323.35 on Prestige Botanicals for basically the same order and found the remainder of my order on Etsy. The quality of Prestige Botanicals real touch flowers is absolutely amazing! Prestige Botanicals is prompt as I received my order 4 days after ordering. The Etsy order is in route. Yes I did pay more but the quality is great and the flowers are gorgeous. DO NOT ORDER FROM ARTIFICIAL MERCH. They are nothing but thieves and a fraudulent company.

This is obviously a company outside of the United States. In this country when items are purchased the law requires the company to follow through with delivery. In the United States it is against federal law for a company to not deliver on a timely basis items that have been purchased, especially when there are specific delivery promises or if no delivery timeframe is specified. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has rules in place to ensure prompt delivery of goods ordered through mail, internet, or phone. I think it is time to notify the FTC about Artificial Merch to prevent this fraudulent activity from continuing to occur.

They took my money and never sent my product for my upcoming wedding. I am so disappointed and hurt. Now out $360.24. No flowers for my wedding or money to get others. I've sent chats, emails and no responses.

Love the idea of this website and their products but not sure if it is trustworthy. I placed an order on 1/16 and got a confirmation email. I have emailed multiple times for an update on order #16790. I have not received an email back and have closely watched my spam and junk inboxes as the website suggests but have received no communication. I would love to have confirmation and confidence that I will be receiving my items within the next month or so, I look forward to using their products for my wedding.

I will update this accordingly.

Don't buy from this company! Placed 2 orders in December, it's been a month and they haven't shipped. Emailed 4 times no response. Filed a claim thru PayPal!

I ordered flowers two months ago on 27th November 2024. When I didn't receive any shipping information, I contacted the company on 6th January 2025. They did not respond. I emailed them again on 13th January, 18th January and 23rd January. I have not received any responses.

I placed an order for an upcoming wedding On Jan 2nd. They took my money from my credit card and have not shipped my merchandise order # 16232. I haven't receive the shipment date. I email customer service on Jan 10th and Jan 21st no response. This is very disappointed. Please refund back my money Immediately. You didn't waste any time to take my money since I pay for the merchandise and you have my money the decent thing you can do is response to my email.

I ordered a large order of flowers various variety on December 02, 2024. My expe ted day of delivery was January 10th. A representative Ines reach out to me December 17th, saying she would refund my money. It is a scam, this company is not selling flowers. My order # 15894 / $445.00. I haven't hear anything since. Got jacked big time. This is just

I placed an order on 1/2 and got a confirmation email of the order, paid for expedited shipping and I haven't heard anything since. Order #16242. I just want some communication on when this will be shipped or to be able to cancel and get a refund. They would be avoiding all of these complaints if they just emailed us all back. Or provided a customer service number to reach them at. I am so disappointed! Will be reporting if I do not hear anything.

Placed a $250CAD order, for an upcoming wedding, on Nov 29th. Reached out through email multiple times and have heard nothing back. I've emailed, sent a message through Shop, and now through PayPal. It was supposed to be delivered in 15-25 days and I still haven't even received an update on whether or not it's even going to be shipped in spite of requesting one. order #15807, I just want it shipped or a refund.
