Excellent customer service
I made a mistake in my order and contacted the shop to see if it was possible to amend the flavour of my items. I received an email confirming I would get my preferred flavour and the items arrived very quickly. Excellent friendly service with great products. I will continue ordering from this shop.

Great Quality of goods and fast Delivery
What to say about this little gem of a grocery store:
- Costumer obsessed, quick in replying emails (a few minutes really!)

And most importantly: quality of goods. My EVO oil batch was freshly produced and had a very long expiration date.
What else?! A constructive feedback? I just hope they had a bigger selection of goods.

Unhelpful & irresponsible - order has still not arrived
Order never actually arrived. After extensive correspondence, they do not take responsibility for it and won’t give me a refund (this against the terms of the Consumer Rights Act).
Giving two stars instead of one purely because the guy did actually respond, if only to shirk his legal responsibilities and tell me it was my problem not his.
So I don’t think it’s a scam(?) but would advise to just use any of the other online Italian delis (Delicatezza, Nifeislife etc.) where your order actually arrives; and pay via credit card rather than debit card so the payment is easier to dispute.

You were having problem in collecting the parcel from the "UPS Collection Point" and after many attempts, I managed to successfully reschedule the delivery to your address.
We understand your frustration, and we are sorry for the inconvenience of UPS not being able to deliver your parcel to your address directly in the first place.
