Hi Zoey, what we have on file is an order for 48 acrylic paints placed on January 9, 2022 and above is the breakdown of the order. Your order number with us is 2105. If this is not the order you're referring to, it's possible that you might be referring to a different brand.

Hi Zoey. thanks for the confirmation. We don't sell pots on our site. I would like to request for the 1-star rating to be revised since you're talking about a different brand. Thank you. =)

Hi Joe, per our records, we received your order on Dec. 9 and shipped out two brush sets to you. Upon receiving your complaints on Facebook, we sent two more brushes to you last Jan. 21. Please send us an email (hello@artistikartmaterials.com) to verify your address. Thank you.

Hey Joe,
Our store is linked with Paypal and it automatically uploads a tracking number to show that we sent out the products. If Paypal didn't help, it's probably because the window has closed or they found our data sufficient enough.

If you can send us an e-mail and verify the address you typed in at checkout, we can send out a third package to you. We have a good record of delivering our packages and replacing damaged and lost ones. Our only ask is that you send us an email to verify your address before we send out a third package to you.

Hi Janet, just popping in here to close and provide feedback to 1 star reviews. I know it has been long time since you left this here, our apologies for not being able to respond quickly. Its what happens when a business is short staffed at peak season but we are trying to make things better and address the work overflow. I just want to mention that with our email communications during the December period, we were able to grant a full refund of your order last Dec. 3. Hope you can come back and confirm that. Thank you!
