I've ordered 6 items from Artistshot so far and they've always been exactly what I was wanting. Some places send faded or washed out versions of what you thought you were getting, but I haven't had this issue with Artistshot. No order confirmation, money taken
I placed an order on 12/06/22 for a full-length apron bearing the logo for the Broadway musical "Wicked" I never received a confirmation email, but I can see that the payment was deducted from my bank account

I tried to call their 800 number to inquiry on 12/12/22 at 12pm Central Time. I reched a recording saying that they were closed, but I could email or text for a response. Thus far, my text has gone unanswered....
I am starting to believe that this is a scam and that I need to contact my bank for fraud. I do not want to do this. I want the item I ordered. But I am low on options.
EDIT- A representative from Artist Shot contacted me with tracking information for my order. While I am still salty that I didn't receive an order number straight away AND that their phone number doesn't work, I am raising my orginal rating to reflect the quick response I received when I started to complain.

Did not receive product
Never received product cause it was shipped to wrong address, in fact nothing other than zip code was correct. When I called customer service, I was told sorry, your bank approved the transaction. Take it up with them. I have had to file a dispute with my bank. Absolutely DO NOT order from this company!

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a review with 1 star for this company. I was very disappointed about the quality of the garment I received. I am happy to say that since then, I have been corresponding with artist shot and have received a replacement order that I am happy with. The best part of the experience though, was the customer support I received. A big thank you to John. I really could not have asked for better service.
