First time and last time ordering from this website. The protection sheet from the glass is impossible to remove. The paper separated from the protection and we cannot see through the glass. I've never seen such a bad product. $110 out of the window.

Vincent, we stand behind the product and would hate for you to discard something that can still be used as intended. The glazing is shipped with protective film on both sides, and both layers need to be fully removed for it to become clear. If you’ve removed the film from both sides and there’s still a problem, please email your order number and pictures showing the issue to cs@arttoframe.com and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
Great customer service for damaged goods
Although my frame first arrived shattered, the ArtToFrames customer service team was very helpful and responsive, and they ordered me a replacement frame free of charge. I have the second frame, in great condition, and am very happy!

Find a frame to match the broken one
I appreciated very much the chance to choose the details of a frame's dimensions because I wanted to match an existing frame. What I got wasn't an exact match, but close enough. The old frame had a hanger at the top that was attached with screws, more secure, I expect, than the one supplied with the ArtToFrames frame.

Your frame should have included a sawtooth hanger, which is designed to hold this frame securely and is often easier to position on the wall than a wire hanger. Poor Quality Control
I ordered 6 frames. Some came with hardware and some did not. The hardware that was sent was subpar and broke immediately. The most expensive frame was very poorly made and looks damaged. The frames did come quickly and communication has been good. You need to work on quality control of what you are shipping.

When I received the order
When I received the order, the box was very damaged during shipping. Last time I ordered, the box was damaged and my frame, mat, and plexiglass were broken. Fortunately, this time the frame itself was wrapped adequately so it was not damaged. Thank you for protecting my frame from careless shipping!

Good quality frame, mat wrong size
The mat was not the right size & so I still can’t hang my art - it was off by like 2cm the entire way around.
The frame is good quality and arrived quickly. It looks as advertised.

The size entered on the order was an image size of 42.75 x 24.5 inches, and as noted on the product page, checkout, and order confirmation, the mat opening is cut approximately 1/4 inch smaller to hold the artwork securely, resulting in an opening of roughly 42.55 x 24.25 inches. If the opening you received differs significantly from those measurements, please email your order number and a photo showing the measurements to cs@arttoframe.com and we’ll gladly review it.
