BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE, this company isn’t here to protect you in case of ANYTHING. They just want to collect your money and the window of things they ACTUALLY cover though promising you the world Is VERY VERY SMALL and they will use ABSOLUTELY EVERY excuse in the book to get out of reimbursing you… and I say reimburse because they MAKE you pay for the repairs up front then jump through a bunch of hoops to submit your claim only to deny it for one or two of THOUSANDS of different side note coverage terms THAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT WHEN THE SALES PERSON IS SELLING YOU THIS HORSE POOP…. Do not waste your money you’ll be paying for the repairs yourself anyways and you’ll be out their claim service fee and what ever you paid for the Warentee as well..!!!!

Our review confirmed that water line coverage and exclusions were discussed during your June 26, 2026 enrollment call, and you were advised to review the plan’s terms. Coverage limitations were explained again when you contacted us to open your claim on August 8, 2026.
Our records reflect that you elected to use your own contractor. Reimbursement instructions and applicable terms were provided in writing, and the claim determination was based on your contractor’s documented findings and your plan’s coverage provisions. The specific reasons for the determination were also provided to you by email.
Although the outcome was disappointing, we appreciate you sharing your experience. Clear communication and helping customers understand their coverage remain important to us.

I have filed three claims in 5 years
I have filed three claims in 5 years. They have never found a service provider in my area. I pay 94.00 a month. They have many loops to jump through to get reimbursement and they do not give you clear information on what to do. If you live in rural area beware.

if there was a ZERO rating for ARW home…
if there was a ZERO rating for ARW home I would have given that to them. This is worst Home Warranty company I ever delt with. They barely cover the cost of repair or replacement of the repair. This is after I had paid the trip charge. They have a LIMIT payout sheet that limits how much their liability is for the repair which leaves the customer with most of the repair bill. So, why bother getting a home warranty when you end up paying most of bill yourself. When I tried to cancel my membership with them, they denied paying me back the remainder of my membership balance sighting that they had already overpaid me for the service calls. STAY AWAY FOR THIS COMPANY.

Avoid this company!
Avoid this company. They have some positive attributes but when you need services they will try to screw you over. If you call a contractor for emergency situations before you call them, your claim will be denied. Use your own service provider...sure, but not until we say so. It doesn't matter if you call on the same day...sorry. Minor technicality on paper causes you to not get coverage when needed most. Horrible terms and conditions are more important than customer service. Total money grab policy. Don't waste your time & hard earned income!

Paul, we reviewed your account and understand your frustration. Customers may use their own licensed service provider, but the failure must first be reported to ARW and the service authorized in accordance with the service agreement.
A failure can be reported by speaking with the Claims Department, using ARW’s automated phone system, or submitting a service request through the online customer portal. This allows customers to initiate a claim without waiting to speak directly with a representative.
The claim determination was based on the documented circumstances and the applicable agreement. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the process.
