Very welcoming
Treated as NHS patient. Very helpful receptionist, helped me with my query. Dentist has done an excellent job to my teeth and all staff are nice and friendly. I’ve already recommended this clinic to a friend!

Exceptional kindness to a very scared and nervous patient, from the kind reception desk staff member, talking to me to calm my nerves to the dentist who was kind and patient to explain my treatment and give me options for the procedure which gave me a sense of control in the situation. He also checked my other teeth as I was concerned and to discuss a possible future plan that I’m very happy that do.

Everyone was very friendly
Everyone was very friendly. I had to take my 4 month old baby as i just dont have noone who could look after her while visiting my dentist and everyone was so understandable and friendly. I have been seeing Johana for many years and always been very happy. She is pure professional and very experienced dentist. I dont even mind to travel an hour to see my dentist.

I have gum disease and went today and…
I have gum disease and went today and had an extraction. I was extremely nervous and the dentist and nurse who did the procedure were absolutely excellent at looking after me. Also it was explained very well to me why I needed the extraction and put my mind at ease. Well done!

Issue with appointments
Lovely, friendly dentists but I’ve had many appointments cancelled in the past few years because of staff availability, which is disappointing as a privately paying patient, particularly when it’s often then several weeks / months before you can get another appointment!

Thank you for your review, we do apologise for the previous cancelations, covid-19 isolation rules are still in place for healthcare professionals and our priority is ensuring our patients are kept safe which is why we have had to cancel a few appointments previously. We do understand and share your frustrations and have added you to our cancellations list. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as an appointment becomes available, alternatively you can be seen at our sister practice in Sunningdale who have availability next week. Rest assured we are working on hiring another hygienist and hope to resolve the issues of staff shortages.
