Izabela has been great in doing everything she can for me in any and all questions I’ve had.
A shade greener as a company I wouldn’t recommend because of the additional burden for remortgaging and selling creates due to their solar panels and lease entitlement.
Sadly they were on when I bought the property and no way of removing the 25year lease

We are somewhat confused by the contents of your review and we do not feel that it accurately represents your dealings with our Legal team.
Throughout your and your conveyancers’ interactions with our team, all information and documentation required has been supplied inline with current CML guidance and no matters currently remain outstanding.
We would also like to clarify that the presence of Leased solar panels on a property does not create an ‘additional burden’. In fact, we have found from our experience in assisting with sales of many properties with solar panel systems on that the property’s saleability can increase!

Dreadful Service!
Slightly ironic to have the word ‘maintenance’ in their name on here when they won’t send anybody out to have a look at our panels which have been off for 2/3 months now, expect us to turn them back on despite no maintenance being carried out so far during the lease (around 11/12 years) and us reporting a pigeon problem under the panels which they have washed their hands over, despite our concerns that the panels are off due to damage sustained by the pigeons.
Terrible company, terrible experience, appalling customer service. Please, please, do not consider using them!

As you are aware, our maintenance team have been attempting to contact you for several months to arrange for one of our solar electricians to attend your property however you have not allowed such a visit to be scheduled.
We of course want to ensure the system is performing at its best so that both the Tenant and the Landlord can benefit from the electricity generated and we always aim to rectify issues as soon as practicably possible for both the Landlords and for the purposes of the business, however, unreasonable restrictions imposed by the homeowner will unfortunately limit our ability to perform these services.
With regard to your pigeon infestation, you are aware that this responsibility lies with the homeowner. You have been provided with information about this matter, and should you require any further clarification our team are available to assist you.
