This was a call out for a burglar alarm fault. The problem was quickly sorted by the engineer. He was professional and friendly, and took the time to explain features of the system. First rate.

Outstanding service and knowledge
After going through an Ethernet cable from my intercom to my sliding electric fence motor I called up ashford security… the next day Graham and Liam turned up and got to work straight away. In no time at all it was wired up again and they even reprogrammed my touch pads for me.
Now I have only just brought the property that has a full Hikvision cctv system through out the stable yard and home with Visonic alarms in both too. The previous owner took the codes and logins with him but a few days after Graham left, his son kane was round and set to work. He gained access to the CCTV and gave me full control and also ashford security too as the installer so they can log in, if requested and solve any issues without even being called out. He also reprogrammed both my alarm systems wiping out the old codes and giving me full control.
So within a few days of contacting them, I had my gates, cctv and alarms all sorted and in my control for a very reasonable price too.
All In all the service was fantastic, the lads were knowledgeable, trustworthy and likeable and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Good service at a fair price from these guys.
Have used Ashford Security for years now, on balance they have been great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a reliable alarm service at a down to earth price. And nothing is too much trouble for them it seems, with genuine help and friendliness. Booking an appointment tends to be slightly haphazard at times but it is all part of the charm as they don't operate with a flash multi-staffed office.
