Absolutely brilliant.
Would recommend to anyone. Very professional at all times. The initial advice given was very detailed and even included cost saving measures. The installation was carried out quickly and the engineer took time to make sure we knew how to use the system.

Excellent Service from Ashford Security
I contacted Ashford Security to advise on and quote for a full alarm system and CCTV for my shop. Within a day, Graham had surveyed the premises and provided a quotation with options. They were very helpful in modifying the quotation to suit my budget and both systems were installed three days later. They took time to explain everything so that I understood exactly what I was getting, they set everything up for my staff to easily use and I know that if we have any further query or need a further visit, they will respond straight away. This is a local family company that cares about the services they offer and I would thoroughly recommend Ashford Security to any potential customer.

Detailed quotation provided before work was carried out. The Engineer turned up on the time arranged and undertook the work required in a safe and professional manner.The price charged was fair and reasonable and was as provided in the quotation. Very impressed overall

Ashford Security provided just the level of customer service you could wish for, our electric gates, due to lack of tender care for some period of time, where not functioning as they should.
They provided a full inspection along with a number of options that I could taylor to my requirements and budget, I accepted the quote that worked for me and was duly provided with a installation date a matter of days after acceptance of the quote.
The team turned up at 8am, worked tirelessly into the dark of the evening to complete the job, graciously accepting the constant interruptions the family put on them to get in and out of the property and completed the work as specified.
When the gates failed to start closing fully a few weeks later, they instantly attended, identified where the concern rested and took action to resolve while in attendance.
I can not recommend the professionalism and customer service of all the team who attended and who I spoke to on the phone enough.
