Brilliant service. I saved hundreds of pounds by buying from Ashton Little. They immediately responded to a query I had about dispatch. Goods arrived in perfect condition. I ordered a Nikon Z5 with Nikkor 24-50mm lens then a Canon EF 50mm lens. If I need anymore kit I will certainly buy from Ashton Little again.

Bought a lens from them. Good price and good communication. Their website said 'Next Day' delivery. However, it actually took a week. A worrying time. I'm very happy with the lens. It came via DPD and was well packed. It was just the 'Next Day' delivery taking a week which let them down.

Ordered EOS 1dx3 , advertised as in stock and ships within 2 days. Order ack arrived promptly via email, then nothing. After waiting for a week and trying to contact via phone several times without success, sent an email asking for status and was told order was cancelled and a refund sent. Refund arrived ok , but what a waste of time.

Firstly I am writing this on behalf of my brother as he is unable due to illness to type at present however these are his words and I totally agree with them. ---
Order a camera last Sunday and due to a VERY sudden illness I was hospitalised. My brother made contact with Paul at AL and explained the situation. Even though the parcel was due to be dispatched Paul went out of his way to stop it and issues a refund which came through as promised 3 days later. This to my mind was exceptional service and I would definitely recommend Ashton Little.

I've been using Ashton Little for a couple of years now for purchases for work and they are very often the cheapest price I can find and they always respond to emails promptly and ship quickly too. Highly recommended.

Excellent service delivered on time, any queries answered straight away

Ordered a lens online from Ashton Little, after searching in vain at various other retailers who adverised it was in stock, but wasn't. The lens was in stock and competitively priced. It arrived safe and sound a little over 48 hours later, all as advertised. Delivery slot was emailed and texted to me and the delivery was bang on time. Great service - the way it should be!

Brilliant company arrived next day I can’t praise them enough. This is my fourth attempt at buying this camera online 3 from other companies who said they had it in stock,then once they had my order informed me they where awaiting new stock. Jessops still haven’t refunded me my money, so in my book your the best online camera company. Onc again thank you.

After looking at the main camera shops for a NIKON D850 I looked at Ashtonlittle.com. The shops did not have the camera and did not know when they would. Ashtonlittle.com did. And it was £200 less. Great service thanks. R .Leadbeater.
