Ashtonlittle Avis 

In today's internet world it is important to trade with companies that can be trusted. I have been trading with Ashton Little for exactly two years now and have always found the company to be reliable. Also, the standard of care and detail that goes into securing a package for shipment is more that impressive. For these reasons, I have no hesitation in giving a 5-STAR rating.

I purchased a lens, and had been using it a couple of weeks when a fault became apparent. As there was no external damage on the lens I'd had no reason to suspect there was any fault till this point.
I contacted the company, explaining this, only to be told I must have damaged the lens. Knowing this not to be the case, I sent photos of the lens and continued to explain why the fault had not been immediately apparent, but the company continued to blame me. What disappointed me most was they never asked to see the lens, never asked for more information, but immediately assumed I must have done something.
Eventually I sent the lens to Fuji, who repaired it under warranty, no questions asked, no charge.

I wanted a pocket travel camera, and had decided on the Canon G5X II. I found this at Ashton Little, but was wary of ordering due to the price - they were £200 cheaper than anywhere else I could find. After exchanging emails with the owner, I placed my order, and the camera arrived 48 hours later. It’s brand new, with a 2 year guarantee, and I couldn’t be happier! I’ll definitely be ordering from these guys again.

I ordered with some apprehension, but found them excellent in every way. Delivery was extremely quick (late Friday afternoon to midday Saturday) and the product (a Canon rf extender) was in pristine condition.

The product seems to be fully up the mark optically and I am pleased with results so far. If you are thinking of buying one, do remember that it is not designed to work with all RF lenses. Also, Canon RF extenders are not supposed to work with the older EF lens mount, although some people in the US claim to have found a DIY workround that enables this.

Would buy again.

I originally read some dodgy reviews about Ashton Little but this is my second flawless (High Value) purchase from them.
I only made this purchase because the first was so good and I was happy to use them again.
You need a bit of confidence when parting with large chunks of money and the service from Ashot Little should be the benchmark for every UK firm.

My personal contact with them was really good one. I ordered my camera, in the morning, recieved the following day by DHL.
It was well packaged, could not fault the service.

Ordered Friday 29/01/21 and the item arrived Tuesday 02/02/2.
I know it was advertised as next working day but with covid and the horrendous weather a day late is not a big worry.
The lens is fantastic and the price is over £100 cheaper than anywhere else and even cheaper than some second hand ones.
I am one happy bunny.

Ordered a Canon 90d with 18-135 lens kit. Price was same as the Hong Kong sites that make you nervous.
Was worried as its not a name I had heard of or a big chain. I checked trustpilot first and the reviews reassured me. There is one negative review, so I screen recorded the whole online purchase and filmed opening the package from the UPS person to make sure it wasn't a can of beans. I'm pleased to say it was a new boxed 90d with lens etc. As they ship UPS as I got a tracking number and link that actually works within a few hours and it arrived next working day before 11am. Very impressed. Good luck to small business owners. Fingers crossed I won't need any aftercare and cannot comment on that.

I bought a Canon 7D camera body for £935.00 from Ashton Little. After a few uses it developed a fault. Ashton Little would not repair or replace it. I contacted Canon (with whom I registered my purchase by giving the serial number), they advised me that the serial number shows it is a parallel import/grey goods which should not have been sold to me, therefore, Canon will not honour the guarantee either. Because Ashton Little uses another company (Middleton Hill) to take payment of goods, reimbursement cannot be claimed from your credit card under section 75. Beware, Ashton Little appear cheap until you find out why/how.

I was incredibly hesitant buying from this company based on comments on forums, but having spoken to them and being assured it would be shipped by UPS next day I decided to place an order.
My experience has been nothing but outstanding.
We got a shipping notice quickly, and next day the camera arrived safely and well packaged.
I'm a very cautious person, paid with paypal and absolutely delighted. I can't recommend this company enough. Will use Ashtonlittle again without question.

I had a totally smooth experience of dealing with Ashtonlittle. They made a great price for the Fujifilm equipment I'd been looking for and deal done, it arrived within the week. I shall happily use them again.

They are great! I bought a Canon 250d cheaper than any other website, with one day delivery. Bought it on Saturday and was expecting maybe on monday. When I realized it wont arrive on Monday I sent an email and they answered me at the same time telling me will arrive in the next day (today), the camera is here in my hands now, arrived 30 minutes ago, boxed, brand new, with no marks... You can trust them, I'm a real person, I live in Nottingham/UK, and theres no one paying me to do this review! Haha

I made a mistake with my order and Ashton Little's customer services were able to sort it out for me to my complete satisfaction. The website may look a bit dated but it was easy to use and had all the information I needed.

The camera arrived when expected, communications were good and I will happily use them for future purchases.

I purchased a Canon EOS 90D and chose next day delivery as it was a last minute decision for a birthday present for my partner. I ordered on the Saturday, so my assumption was in reality it would arrive Tuesday (allowing for the weekend), with the said Birthday being on the Wednesday. Perfect!..... or so I thought
Later into Tuesday I sent an email to them asking for confirmation that it would be delivered that day, only to then be informed that there had been a delay and the order would now be delivered Friday! I wasn't very happy, surely a courtesy email would have not been too much trouble to send to inform me, and not me having to chase it up!
Oh well, so, Friday came and I emailed again for an update, to be told it would now be Monday!
By this time I'm truly unimpressed that I have to do all the chasing to get any information.
I booked Monday off work so that I could be home all day for delivery and emailed asking for a tracking number.... to be told I could track from that evening for delivery Tuesday :( (It did eventually arrive on that Tuesday).
I totally appreciate that delays can happen, and it was a last minute purchase, but the total lack of communication and continued chasing them for it was terrible, I'll never use them again and will get everything else from another company

Ordered a Canon 6d on the Friday and delivered on Tuesday morning. Excellent product and price. Will definitely use them again. One very small thing but it would have been reassuring if I had received a confirmation email.
