Wonderful Environmentally Friendly Banking Option
I have had a great experience with Aspiration since becoming a member several years ago. I like that are progressive minded, with a focus on saving and improving the environment. Customer service is always professional and helpful whenever I’ve needed to contact them for any reason, and they now accept cash deposits, which is super convenient. I plan to remain a member for many years to come.

I admire the mission of Aspiration,but in my dealings with one of your agents I was grossy mistreated, insulted, and was given absolutely no help at all in resolving my problem. No apology either. I have no way to resolve the issues, so I need to get all monies out of the
account and shut it down ASAP.

Aspertion is the worse
Aspertion is the worse! The customer service barley speaks English and I filed a complaint 2 separate times about someone had access to my card and pin and aspertion took 2 weeks for a decision which was not in my favor
Tried to Cancel Account
I just want to cancel my account, and I had to jump through several account verifications to prove I was me. Fair, no issue there. Then they have to send you an email with a form to fill out.
Then, once you complete the form, your account is cancelled and all future accounts you want to create are also dis-allowed. Pretty big commitment to burn this bridge for the rest of my life.

I do NOT recommend this “mobile banking…
I do not recommend this “mobile banking to anyone!!! Bad customer service and if u make a mobile check deposit instead of your funds being available sooner rather then later they will put an extension/hold and make u wait longer literally for no reason at all!😡
Not to mention I had a bad experience talking to customer service and one of their employees (female) from this morning just hung up on me! Smfh NOT happy at all because I just got off the phone after having to call back just to hear that my funds won’t be available until 5pm!!!!!! Wtf 🤬 inconvenient af I’m livid ZERO STARS this company is shit💩💩💩💩😷😷🤮🤮🤮

Fraudulent account was started in my name. The company is unhelpful and it feels like they created the account on their own. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

It's sad that I am writing this.
I am giving it two stars instead of one because I used to LOVE this bank. I was one of the first members, and I am very brand loyal, so I can overlook some things.
The quality of service started declining this last year and got so bad they could not even get me PDFs of my checking account statements. I started having to call four or five times to get something handled. They also don't keep good records of conversations so I had to repeat myself many times.
The straw was when I needed checking account statements in a timely manner for a legal issue. I never got what I needed. My account number has changed over the years, which I understand. The issue is they couldn't or wouldn't change the number on my old statements, and the statements included information from another account, which they wouldn't fix.
I called 4 times to get this resolved, and I kept hearing, "This is the correct statement." No one could understand what I needed. I reported them to BBB, and they maintained I got the "correct statement" and never acknowledged how poorly they handled this.
I was a long-time happy customer. They have stopped caring about the customer experience or doing their job.
UPDATE: Aspiration, I appreciate your reply. What I want is for you to listen to the recorded calls related to this issue and learn from it. Telling someone that what they are looking at isn’t real is called gaslighting and it’s abuse. It wasn’t until the fourth call that anyone even acknowledged the account numbers were different. The line items being incorrect were never addressed. It cost me.
