From the very first call, Daniel was so kind, patient and clear he took the time to explain everything properly, in plain language so I could understand exactly what I was getting. No rushing, no confusing words just honest, helpful advice.
Daniel answered every single question I had, kept me updated all the way through, and made the whole process feel calm and straightforward. I never felt pressured at any point he listened to what I needed and found the right thing for me. It was such a relief to deal with someone so professional and genuine.

I am happy with the policy offered as critical care is something you never know that you might need and it would make life easier if something was to happen to me
