I placed a Warranty call on ATAG on Tuesday afternoon and by midday the next day an engineer turned up with the correct spare. ATAG kept me informed at all change points in the call on what next to expect ( engineer arrival time etc).The engineer that turned up was quite simply outstanding. He sympathized with my issue and listened to the fault as I described it, and then went through a systematic fault diagnosis to confirm the exact problem. After fitting the spare part (new fan) he then completed a full service and checked all output levels to confirm they were in tolerance. He kept me informed of what he was expecting throughout.
When you take out a warranty on any item, you hope you don’t need to use it - it was so reassuring that my money was well spent and I really benefitted from a great, efficient service.
Needless to say I thoroughly endorse and recommend this company.

Fabulous! and quiet
Put simply, you shouldn't have to even think about a boiler. With that in mind, I had to replace my old boiler after around 15 years of service; my heating engineer heartily recommended an ATAG, it went in and I've not thought about it since. Except occasionally when I'm in the cellar and the heating's on or my wife's in the shower, when it strikes me how quiet it is. I couldn't wish for anything more from a boiler

Worth every penny – outstanding from start to finish!
Absolutely over the moon with my experience with ATAG Heating Technology. From placing the order through to the boiler installation and aftercare, the whole process was smooth, professional and reassuring. Communication was excellent, and I felt informed and looked after every step of the way.
I’m delighted with the boiler itself, the installation and the overall service. What really stands out is the care and attention throughout the process, including the support after installation. It makes such a difference knowing that good customer service doesn’t end once the sale is complete.
They weren’t the cheapest option on the market, but for me, the quality, service and peace of mind have been well worth paying a little extra. A new boiler is a big investment, and I’m very pleased with my decision.

Reliable and economical
We had a atag boiler fitted and have never looked back. Fitted in a day very cleanly and professionally by Adrian plumbing and heating. Absolutely great fitter he takes the time to show you all need to know.
Since having this boiler it's more economical than other new boilers fitted in the past. Keeping up with the servicing allows for years of peace of mind under the warranty.
Would most definitely recommend if you need a new boiler.

Our replacement boiler from Atag fantastic
Looking for a new boiler last year, and a friend of ours gave us a name of a new boiler Atag, which was supplied and fitted in January of last year we have never looked back. We had no problems with it. What so ever will recommend to anyone which asks use of a company. for replace they're boiler.

Had it for 2 years now and it’s been fantastic. Heating is back on for another year with no issues, and the bills are still down. We had gone through a terrible water…
We had gone through a terrible water leak, from a pipe feeding a water tank in the roof in the night, November 2024. This had taken out our boiler, massive damage to our house. That took 6 months and lots of labour to get back to some kind of normality. We had a friend who we called upon to run the job. British Gas were not too helpful.
Our friend used a Brilliant company Barrick’s of Northampton who cleared out all the tanks in the roof and piping etc. They suggested ATAG Combi Boiler so glad they did! Barrick’s completed the work May 2025 the boiler is just amazing quality, we are amazed our gas bills are lower. The first service went so smooth. Wonderful service and a quality boiler. A long Warranty. First service May 2026

I’ve been using an ATAG boiler for nearly two years
I’ve been using an ATAG boiler for nearly two years now. I reviewed the boilers available to replace my old combi boiler that was on its last legs. I wanted something that would last a long time so chose the ATAG boiler as it had stainless steel components. It’s been fantastic over the last two years providing hot water and hot radiators. It was particularly noticeable how much it had improved our radiators last winter. They warmed up much quicker and stayed hotter.

IC Economy 35 Plus boiler - Never Happier
It’s coming up to two years since we installed an IC Economy 35 Plus boiler and must say we have been delighted with its economy, reliability and performance. It runs a large underfloor heating system covering 185sqM (with a 12L expansion tank) with ease and 3 bathrooms, all flawlessly. It only kicks in when needed and only gives you the output required to do the job. We have found the reduction in energy costs noticeable. When installed we took out the 18 years warranty available with this boiler which gives us additional piece of mind. Servicing is annual by an ATAG registered engineer and is not a massive expense, this is a requirement to maintain the validity of your warranty. What was equally a surprise was a customer care courtesy call received today, a follow up to see how the boiler was performing, if there were any issues (there were non) and to ask if we had any questions about the boiler we needed to ask. What a great service and I highly recommend ATAG as a manufacturer and the IC Economy 35 Plus boiler (notwithstanding I’m sure any of their range of boilers are up to the job for the requirements of your property). It was (still is) a top of the range boiler so not the cheapest on the market but in my opinion, if you can afford a little extra you get what you pay for and you have the backing of ATAG Customer Service.
