It is taking so long to get creditors…
It is taking so long to get creditors off my back. I don't care for the website because I get very limited information and the chat option doesn't give me answers I'm looking for. I didn't realize that $30 a month was going to Global but that's okay. And I wish that I had negotiated directly with some of the low balance credit cards that are still waiting to be paid off and are accumulating interest and late fees. When I get someone on the phone they're very helpful since I'm on the west coast and their hours are East Coast hours also makes it difficult to communicate.

Promises Kept!
Atlas Debt Relief maintained the timeline they promised in starting to settle my debt. They have communicated regularly, provided excellent customer service, and given me a light at the end of my seemingly endless debt tunnel. My credit card payments were on time, but the payments I made were eaten by interest. Atlas restructured the way I’m paying my debt to my creditors in a way where I can pay my debt off comfortably, but still fulfill my obligation.
