It took forever to get to the point that you are paying my bills but now that has started I feel better.

I joined their Debt Settlement program not really knowing what to expect. This was around perhaps September 2023. I just started making the monthly deposits into the account to let it rack up amounts large enough to start settling any accounts possible.

First thing in the New Year of 2024, they already message me, notifying me that they successfully reached an agreement with one of my creditors that I owe thousands of dollars on a balance I couldn't afford to pay down due to high interest.

Not only did it get settled for hundreds of dollars less, but they were able to come up with agreement with said creditor where the balance didn't have to be paid all in one go, but in 6 payments. I imagine that slows down the reduction of my balance so that it can stay high enough to settle more accounts.

This was honestly a really great start to my new year and I'm looking forward to seeing the rest work out.

One thing I would suggest for Atlas is to provide statements as well as email receipts regarding each monthly deposit being made so it's easier to keep track of how much the savings account has. Maybe a separate page for the balance listing all the deposit activity would be great!

There is not clear communication. Frustrating that I am always having to ask for clarification. Takes a long time to get responses and they are vague. This is not the experience I was expecting.

I started this with excellent credit and now my credit is very poor. They’ve collected about 5 or 6 grand from me so far and have supposedly paid a $600 debt though I’ve seen no evidence of that yet. Also my agent Roy stopped returning my calls months ago. You can’t possibly expect anything more than the lowest score possible under those circumstances.

Atlas debt has taken the burden of so much stress for me and given me reassurance that solutions are in process.

I was told during the introduction that your company would take of all correspondence with the clients. But even after a couple of months I am still receiving daily calls.

Quick and easy...well pleased at this point.

So far only one of my cards has been cleared. I need to know when the others will be offered for clearance...so they will stop bothering me with calls and email/text messages.

Dylan is the best. But when I was contacted by Atlas after contacting Dylan she was kind of short with me. Dylan is always great. He is top-notch. The female that contact me back again, was very short with me, said and I quote we just talked to you a couple weeks ago and went all over this. I didn’t appreciate that. I would prefer just dealing with Dylan from now on.
