First time buying tickets online
First time buying tickets online. I bought tickets for the wrong movie theater. I was unaware of this until Showtime. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but there was no phone number. There was no real person on the chat either until I typed customer service representative. When I finally figured out, I explained the situation expecting understanding and a refund. Instead, I received an email that said we cannot refund your movie. That’s it. Lame. Very poor customer service.

Completely unprofessional
Completely unprofessional. They say they have an offer - and then when you go to implement, the tickets and buy them, they are nowhere to be found,. I contacted customer service through "chat" and then email. No help was provided. Stay away and don't waste your time. It's another "come on".

These agents were so kind I know they have a policy about missed movies and I really didn't think anything was going to be able to be done but I had a medical emergency and was unable to go to my movie and as a one-time courtesy they helped me and I really appreciate that

Resolution
While I understand I mixed up the day for the showtime of the movie I selected, I feel there could have been another resolution other than to lose the tickets that were purchased.

My issue was not resolved
I got called into work today at the Movie. All I wanted to do was change the day me and my family could go see the movie but since it happened after the movie started, they said they couldn’t help and dismissed my issue completely I felt like they were not trying to help at all.

I purchased a movie ticket a few weeks…
I purchased a movie ticket a few weeks ago and everything went extremely well. The atom mobile app and accessing the digital ticket to enter the movie was a breeze! Today, I tried to use my atom credit received from a previous cancelled order and had trouble applying my credit at checkout. After, reaching out to customer service and explaining my situation. My issue was resolved within an hour. Atom representatives provides exceptional customer service and I am happy with my overall experience.

Jose was very attentive
Jose was very attentive, helped me with my issue and seemed very knowledgeable. I wasn’t being transferred here and there. Everything was easy and I was pleased. Atom is one of my favorite movie app😁

Glitch in the app but Atom tickets solved my issue
We started off with an issue, a glitch in the app, which was taking my AMC $5 rewards when I didn't want to necessarily use them yet since I already had a promo with T-Mobile. Then after reaching out to customer service multiple times, I was able to come to a conclusion with some great employees who agreed that it was fair to add $5 credits back to my Atom account to use for future purchases. Now I know how the system works and I'll be on the lookout to make sure my transaction goes how I planned. Thank you Atom Tickets for the credits and I hope my issue helps other Atom movie-goers.
