Really convenient, quick to book, great staff - Tayo is super helpful…
Love the entry system, very easy through the app. Booked a space with 50% discount in less than an hour. So easy quick and lovely people there :)

Very friendly people highly recommended

Amy at Marylebone was a huge help to me when I had just started in the finance department of a Danish company that had a storage room at Attic Self Storage Marylebone (for our Uk office). I could see that we were paying for something but I did not have any information about the agreement or how to get access to the online system (I had not received any hand over from my predecessor and could not find any written information either), but based on the information I did have, Amy was able to help me get access to the account and update the contact details so that I would receive the relevant information – and a few weeks later, when I realized that the changes I had asked for, could make it a little more difficult for a colleague in London to get access to the storage room, Amy was again quick to help me get the contact details changed to a set-up that worked better for all involved.
Based on my interactions with Amy, I would be very happy to recommend Attic Self Storage to someone else.

Jayson and Amy are always helping me with parking. Thanks for your assistance

Outstanding service
I would like to thanks Miss Giedre for her outstanding service, I approached Miss Giedre with a problem that in another branch didn't have solution, she resolved the problem in minutes, she was professional, caring, a lovely surprise. I high recommend Marylebone branch.
Once again thank you Miss Giedre

Jayson was very helpful, professional and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions clearly. It was my first time using self-storage and he was able to guide me through every step efficiently until I was fully onboarded and setup with my storage locker.

I appreciated Jayson's excellent customer service.

Working with Attic Self Storage in Marylebone was easy and very convenient.
The staff are very helpful and took me through the whole experience of using their facility. Great customer service indeed.
The facility is very clean and easily accessible whenever we may need it.
Thank you to Jayson for his time and patience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access in the app. 24/7 access to unit, and very clean area

Very good service by Jason, he was easy going and helped me with all I needed.

Experience was very easy. Thanks to Amy she helped me all the way through the entire process. It was a bit hard to find the facility on Apple Maps, the facility is around the corner which was inconvenient since I had a lot of bags to lug around.

Absolutely outstanding storage facility! The staff are exceptional - professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The premises are spotless, with top-notch security features that gave me real peace of mind. It's also incredibly easy to access and perfectly located. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Marylebone Attic was very helpful and their service was always the best. Great storage facility with very fair pricing.

Any questions you have the team are always happy to help. Always had lovely conversations with the team at the reception desk too.

Many thanks to Jayson, Amy and Giedre

Doing some work in the area. Jayson and Amy are very helpful with sorting parking for me

The storage facilities are really clean and I felt very safe leaving all my belongings in Attic’s trusting hands. Jayson in particular was always very helpful and friendly and made the experience super easy from my perspective. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to store your bits and pieces.

Really helpful staff and convenient storage solution! Jayson, Gredie and Amy were fantastic!

I had a very smooth experience at the Marylebone unit

Jayson made what is usually a stressful situation into stressfree experience,, Honestly, it’s rare to come across individuals who genuinely care and want to help

If you find yourself needing a storage unit in the area - don’t think twice and ask for Jayson.
