I was having work done on my flat (namely damp treatment in 3 rooms). A friend suggested storing some of my belongings to make access easier for the people doing the work.
Having looked up Attic Storage Staples Corner online and having called them we arrived with a car load of boxes and bags. We were warmly greeted by Rhiannon Dorset who could not have been friendlier and kinder.
She gave us a guided tour to Attic which is very new and high tech with an app system. She made the process of selecting a unit of the correct size so easy because she was so patient and I felt reassured because this was quite an important decision for me. She also helped me navigate the key card system which was new to me and explained the payment process in an impressively professional way.

Rhiannon was professional and efficient making my experience straightforward and easy. Rhiannon's customer service was excellent answering all my questions and providing me with a positive experience. The price is right and access is easy with a few simple steps to set up the app.

I had a great experience at Attic Self Storage in Harrow thanks to Marco. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish. Great customer service at the Queensbury branch, Marco was so helpful, we had a tour around the units to see the best suitable option. He explained throughly the cost, terms and condition. We were offered refreshment and the facilities is clean. I booked a storage unit straight away.

The unit is very simple to use and is open 24/7.
