I loved the design ideas of this company and the fact they use a wide selection of farrow and ball colours which are the best for natural and calming decor. I had some questions over delivery and I always received a consistent and polite communication. When the item arrived I was very happy by the quality of the craftsmanship and the attention to detail it was impeccably well packaged and delivered by their own courier to the room of choice. I will be encouraged to use them again . Thank you again to the au unique team.

I had a radiator shelf unit built and I am so over the moon with it! The customer service from order through to delivery was fabulous and if felt almost personal. Such a friendly accommodating bunch and the couple that drove it all the way from Manchester to Scotland were just ace! I ordered an unpainted unit, but only because I wanted it to match the colour of my walls. I had used Crown paint and Auunique use Farrow and Ball (posh!). There was no paint that matched my colour. It is more than I could have imagined in all honesty. I have had so many compliments on it and have recommended to friends and neighbours. Ordered a radiator cover in November, was told nearly 2 weeks ago that it was getting delivered soon after numerous emails, then to be told it was out for delivery, had contact up until they said it was out for delivery and once they knew delivery date they would let me know, they now have ignored all emails which I sent numerous times, absolute scam company, I was never getting the radiator cover, just wish I had read reviews before I ordered, avoid people

I bought three radiator covers. Process was simple and communication was easy. Several weeks delay whilst they’re made but this is made clear when you order. They were actually delivered a little bit early and I was advised in advance of when the delivery would be made.

The price of them was excellent and when compared to those sold by chain stores I am a bit annoyed with myself I didn’t buy these before.

Quality was superb and they fitted easily in place.

I will use this company again.

Honestly this company is amazing, nothing is to much trouble - really appreciate all the help from Amy to get my measurements correct - I am not DIY at all and i was so worried about getting it wrong i know they are bespoke made. I ordered two of the florence style colours in white and they are stunning and fit like a glove! I will be ordering more when i have saved up they are so worth the cost you dont find items like this in b&m trust me.

Delivery took around 3 weeks which was expected and the driver put them in the living room for me, friendly and professional.

Absolute scam of a company. Do not order from these people. Ordered a radiator cover in November got a email to say it was going to be delivered in December but it never arrived. Tried to contact them via email, Facebook, WhatsApp but no response. Then I read all of the other reviews and realised I had been scammed. I ended up leaving comments on their Facebook and Instagram posts just to try and get some kind of response. They deleted my comments on Facebook and blocked me but I did get a response on Instagram stating that the delivery driver had a photograph of delivery which she would email me the next day. The next comment she said it was probably still on the delivery van and would be delivered - just more lies. The email the next day never arrived just more lies and I ended up getting a refund from the bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Received my beautiful bespoke radiator covers within the time frame given, Liams work is incredible and something I’ve never seen sold before! The customer service I received from Ruth & Amy was extremely helpful keeping me in the loop of delivery dates & times.

We bought a beautiful salon reception desk at a great price. Communication is best via instagram. We had an issue with the led lighting and they sent another out the next day. My daughter is very happy with how it looks. Thank you.

Received our Florence TV cabinet just before Christmas and it’s very sturdy and high quality, we did have some rad covers from Liam a couple of years back so he is our first point of call for anything bespoke.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received regarding my order.
I spent a significant amount of money and was assured that existing defects and wiring issues would be resolved. It has now been over three months, and I have received no updates, follow-up, or meaningful communication from the company.
After this experience, I noticed that several other customers have left similar negative reviews describing the same issues. Unfortunately, I wish I had seen those reviews before making my purchase.
The complete lack of follow-up and accountability is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company for months to receive updates on unresolved problems. I am still waiting for a clear status update and a proper resolution. I will not purchase from this company again and would strongly caution others to consider these ongoing issues with this company before doing so.
