We chose a bespoke TV unit from AUUNIQUE based on an existing design. Communications were excellent in understanding our requirements. Something got lost in translation so we had a slight issue when delivered, but this was quickly and professionally resolved and delivered again the following week. Lovely piece of furniture and exactly what we were looking for, wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Recently received my 2nd order from Auunique and it’s top quality as per. There aren’t many companies like this and we came across them last summer and we have had no issues communication is top notch and both orders arrived within the time provided. Looking at some previous reviews seems as though there’s a pattern happening and as a repeat customer I do not believe they are truthful, which is sad for this small business. Jon & Irene

Excellent quality radiator cover. I have just added one of their new designs to my bedroom and I’m obsessed with it. High quality, great communication and delivery was easy. Very happy overall, I’ve had many pieces from this company, and have always been very pleased with the overall service. Yes I would happily recommend.

We paid a significant amount through their website in November and, like many other customers, never received our order.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, Instagram, and WhatsApp, we received little to no response. On the few occasions they did reply, messages from “Amy” claimed that “Liam” would call, which never happened. Negative comments on their social media pages are deleted, creating a misleading impression of positive feedback.

After further research into their Companies House registration and business details, I believe this company is not legitimate. I have since recovered my money through my bank and reported the company to Trading Standards to help prevent others from experiencing the same issue.

If I could leave 0 stars I would DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IM CALLING MY BANK NOW TO GET A FULL REFUND. Waste of time and money. Google should remove them off search SCAMMERS

We ordered a radiator cover and were told it would arrive before Christmas. Full payment was taken and we have had no communication since. We tried numerous emails, contact via website, contact via Instagram, contact via what’s app and have now resorted to a tracked letter. We feel that we have been scammed although it does appear to be a company listed on companies house. We’ve given up and now want our money back. As we can’t get hold of anyone in the company we are going to our bank. A dreadful experience.
12th January update. The item was delivered but unfortunately the wood finish we ordered for the top is not right. Overall it does the job and we have decided to stain it to the correct colour oursleves rather than trying to contact the company. We have also let the bank that the goods were delivered eventually. My recommendation to the company is just be honest about delivery dates as we really would have understood this.

I placed an order for a bespoke media unit with separate floating shelves back in June. After repeated chasing, I finally received half of the order at the end of August. The remainder was never delivered, despite us rearranging our schedules twice to be home for promised delivery dates.

By November, I gave up and requested a £280 refund. Since then, Liam and Amy have completely disappeared, ignoring emails, website contact forms and phone calls.

Here’s some basic business advice: stop posting on social media and sending out discount codes if you can’t even manage your inbox or complete existing orders.

They now trade under RULIA LTD (since September 2025) – something potential customers should be aware of.
This company has cost us time, money, and a lot of frustration. Do yourself a favour and steer clear!

Ordered a custom hidden tv cabinet and after prompt initial communications around size amendments both Liam and Amy became unresponsive for weeks at a time. I cancelled my order after lack of response and realising my experience exactly reflected many of the negative reviews here. After requesting a a full refund 3 months after the initial order I still didn’t receive my money back and had to claim it back through my bank. Based on my experience and the reviews of many others I think this is a scam business so would recommend staying well clear.

What can I say my second time buying from Liam and the team and wow they never fail to impress me the workmanship is second to none.

I have been waiting for 7 weeks for my radiator covers and was told delivery was scheduled for 8th December. Didn’t happen and now nobody at the company is responding to my emails. No phone number available. I have read on a couple of sights that other folk have had similar issues. Is this a scam.. ANY help gratefully received

I only wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a radiator cover made to size. This company shouldn't be trading.
The radiator cover took months to arrive and every time I contacted Amy she always blamed the delivery company.
When it finally turned up it was so badly made We couldn't use it..!!
I sent photos of the poor quality work and asked for a refund. Amy agreed it was substandard and said that they would arrange collection and a full refund. Since then nothing and no replies to my emails.
Steer clear and don't waste your time with this company.
I am in the process of starting a claim with the credit card company to get our money back...!!
Like others on here are saying it's a scam.

The company is unfortunately completely unreliable. My first order went smoothly, but since Amy left the company, emails have largely gone unanswered. I understand that small businesses can be busy and face challenges, but completely ignoring a customer — especially a returning one — is unacceptable.

The last update I received was at the beginning of December, confirming delivery on the 4th. I then received a follow-up email saying the order was still in the van and that I would be updated. I have received no response since.

I have never previously left a review on this site, but I feel it is important to share my experience. Thankfully, I had not paid for my most recent order, but the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. In 2026, there is really no excuse for having no customer service at all.

On a positive note, the covers from my first (issue-free) order are lovely and look great. I was simply trying to purchase a matching cover panel. In the end, I had to source an alternative elsewhere.

My builder was scheduled to return to complete snagging work, so I was relying on the promised delivery date of 4th December, which sadly did not happen. I had also hoped to order covers for the bedrooms, but the complete lack of replies and poor customer service has put me off.

It’s a real shame, as the designs themselves are beautiful.

I have ordered 5 radiator covers from this company and they have exceeded my expectations. They are very well made, reasonably priced, well packaged and arrived quickly.
No problems at all.

SCAM - the furniture was never delivered. Same journey as many other 1 star reviews: the company keeps delaying delivery date and eventually just becomes unresponsive. Now going through the painful process of disputing the transaction with the bank, claims court etc. Also, I have become suspicious of the positive reviews, as when I checked a few days ago the company had slipped to the yellow rating, and when I pointed out the large amount of 1 star reviews to them (before they became unresponsive), suddenly the score improved again....

Notice the large number of 1 star reviews for this company; now notice that many of them are recent and most mention the same things - incorrectly delivered furniture, lack of communication, offers of refunds and returns that never manifest, etc.

All of these are true. We ordered a custom TV unit and a radiator cover from Auunique and gave them clear measurements, all of which were agreed, but then ignored. The TV unit when it arrived was several centimeters too small and the radiator cover was so grossly missized that it feels like whoever made it was not given our measurements at all.

When we contacted the company, we were offered a refund if we arranged to send both items back to their warehouse. We did so, and the refund was supposedly processed a month ago according to the correspondence we've gotten from Amy, Auunique's customer service rep, but we do not see anything on our credit card, which processes other refunds in a matter of hours. Despite multiple emails, all Amy says is that the refund has been sent. Well...where is it??? We are out about 600 pounds for the two faulty units, and an additional 250 pounds which we had to spent to send the units back. While we may be able to file a credit card claim to recover the 600 pounds, the 250 pounds is likely lost unless we take further action.

Auunique looks good on social media and clearly knows how to market themselves. But don't be fooled. It's all show, and this company's expertise does not appear to be in making furniture - it appears to be in cheating prospective customers.

Delivery and communication was excellent. I’ve had 4 radiator covers so far and the quality is superb. Will definitely use them again

Ordered a made to measure radiator cabinet and wasn’t disappointed. Very good quality and relatively short wait. Would use again and recommend.

I reached out to AU Unique after receiving an initial positive reply from Liam confirming that my custom design was possible. Since then, I have tried calling multiple times, left voicemails, and sent several emails over the course of more than a week.

Unfortunately, I haven’t received a single follow-up response.

I was ready to place an order and only needed a brief phone call to clarify a few technical details about the motorised system. Despite repeated attempts, I haven’t been contacted back, which has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Based on my experience — and after now reading similar reviews from other customers who faced the same issue — I’m unable to recommend this business. Reliable communication is the minimum expectation when you’re considering a custom-made, high-value item.
