Missing parcel and customer service disaster
My order was not shipped, after I sent an email, my order was then shipped to the wrong address. It took a month and 11 emails to finally get a refund. There was enough information in my initial email about the order being shipped to the wrong address for staff to be able to investigate what had happened. I had to explicitly ask twice for a refund and follow up. Staff even asked me to travel to the wrong address and try and find the missing parcel. The whole thing was a test of my patience and seemed to be an attempt to not have to issue a refund.

Different shape and size to other colours
I have these jeans in another colour so I decided to buy them again in a different colour but these are a completely different cut, bigger size and the rise is higher. Costs 45 dollars to return from Australia.

Sizing is super inconsistent
Sizing is super inconsistent across different items, a size 26 in one pair of jeans will fit perfectly and a different pair won't even pull up. Also terrible returns policy, making returns very difficult.

We measured my daughter as per your…
We measured my daughter as per your instructions. The jeans arrived and once zipped up fell straight off her they were so big. Size 30. I returned them at a cost of $48. We have since bought your brand locally (like we should have from the start). Two sizes down were too small and couldnt be done up. Will swap for a 28. How a 30 can fall off her and a 28 fit, I will be interested to see. I believe the 30 was wrongly labelled and has now cost us $46 more and the inconvenience of sending them back and still not having jeans to wear!!. Therefore not impressed.

Super expensive returns
I am in Australia and the product had to be returned to the UK which cost me $48. This is a very expensive return. Usually there would be a return point within Australia but unfortunately not with Motelrocks. For this reason I sadly will not be purchasing through this company again.

Terrible Returns Process
One pair of jeans and the jumper i purchased did not fit well at all and need to be returned. The returns process is awful, information is hard to locate and you must complete a hand written returns form and hand written returns envelope. Most companies will have you print a returns label for the item with all the information included on it. Hand writing requires more work for the sender and a much larger margin for error.
Furthermore, as I am in Australia it cost me $55 to return these items, that is an unacceptable amount of money to have to pay to simply return an item.
I will not be repurchasing from Motel Rocks for this reason.

Jean sizing and quality, returns/exchanges
One pair of jeans wasn’t as described, the other pair of jeans does not match the sizing guides online, the sweater top has poor finishing on the inside of the top
Really frustrating that there is no exchange option for sizing and you have to pay return shipping back to the UK

New Motel Jeans ain’t it
The picture on the website was different to the product I received. They had changed the jeans significantly but kept the advertising and everything the same so I thought I was receiving the same product I got in the past but instead I got a larger size, poor quality pair of jeans that I have had to return
