5 star customer service
5 star because when I emailed an enquiry regarding a problem tracking the parcel, the customer service delivered by Salman was above what I needed. It was refreshing, and restored some of the faith I've lost over the years in customer service in general. The issue was with the courier's website NOT Ninth Avenue. The parcel arrived safe and sound. A happy customer - Lisa, Australia.

Happy with product. Delivered sooner than advised which was important and appreciate it.
My only criticism is product does not come from Australia and website calls themselves Australian. This impacted my decision to order from you, but was later advised product would arrive later than I needed. Therefore I had to be a local alternative.

First time I have ever purchased from overseas. As an 80 year old it was very helpful & reassuring to be able to track my purchase.

Lovely hair oil treatment
I love this hair oil, after leaving it for 10 hours then washing it out with shampoo and conditioner my hair is so silky and soft. My hair hasn't been like this for years, I highly recommend it. Such a lovely product so if you want lovely smooth and silky hair I say its a must to have for your next treatment.

I received what I ordered in the time…
I received what I ordered in the time expected. A little pricey but when you can’t get this product in Australia this is the best option.

Poor Form
My product was delivered 67 days after ordering and did not work. Of course this meant I was outside of the 10 day return policy.
I was told my expectations of the product were too high and that nothing could be done.
