Auction House came to my rescue! My property had previously been advertised with a rival agent but after months they had failed to find me a buyer. Guy Leeder secured a purchase within days with successful completion within weeks. There is no better endorsement!

This was my 1st experience of selling a property at auction and Guy was fantastic and explaining the process and being available when needed to keep the whole process moving without any nasty surprises. I would happily recommend Auction House and Guy to anyone considering selling their property at auction.
