I would like to offer my appreciation of Alexandria Finch who took over the process once the sale was agreed. Alex was instrumental in ensuring that the sale of my property was kept on track to meet the timetable. I bought my first flat at modern auction which was very scary but the people at iamsold made it so easy. Eden was the first person I spoke to who took my bid and talking me through the process and she was brilliant. Then Connie took over and was also absolutely fantastic. She updated me regularly, chased all parties and gave me full transparency. I can't even imagine what the process would be like without them. Connie friendly and understanding and didn't mind my pestering. She understood this was a nervewracking process but made it so much less stressful. Would absolutely reccommend them to anyone.

Everything they promised, they delivered on. Fantastic service throughout! Please use them if you're thinking of going down this route.
Whilst the whole team and service was brilliant, a big shout out to Bryony Wardally who was always super friendly, kind and hard working.

Our house was sold by auction through i am sold
Once our house was sold by auction Helen Nooman from i am sold became our communicator with both our solicitor and the buyers solicitor in order to meet the 56 day deadline. If i sent Helen an email i would get an immediate response. Helen is excellent at her job i cant praise her enough. All complete within the 56 days thank you.

Positive Experience
My main contact was Hayley Ainsworth-Lay. In stark contrast to my experience of most estate agents, she was very communicative from the start on the process, sending updates on key milestones and was always responsive to my email queries. In my experience, many estate agents are terrible at responding to emails and phone calls, but she consistently replied to all queries promptly, and was proactive in relating new information.
