Joshua Glanville offers a friendly, professional and very helpful service.
I found Joshua Glanville to be friendly, extremely professional and very helpful - offering honest advice throughout which I found reassuring. Another thing I was impressed with was the fact that any calls were answered swiftly. It makes such a difference to be able to speak to someone on the phone when you need to, rather than enduring long-winded messages that take up time and don't always connect you to the person you're calling.

Friendly and helpful staff
We have been happy with this Company and found it very easy to speak to Suzanne, our main point of contact, via phone calls or email. We were kept in the loop regarding the progress of our sale.
The only reason for 4 stars is the length of time the transaction took.

Stay away from IAM sold
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Mrs Abbey at iAM SOLD Auction.
I was interested in a property and felt that I was completely misled and ignored during the bidding process. I was left with the impression that I was being discouraged from bidding, which raised serious concerns for me about whether the property may have already been intended for someone else.
The way the situation was handled made me question the transparency and professionalism of the process. In my opinion, this is not the level of service or ethical conduct I would expect from a professional auction company.
I believe auction processes should be completely transparent, fair and impartial, with every genuine bidder treated equally. I hope iAM SOLD will investigate this experience and take appropriate steps to ensure customers are treated fairly.
