Dont go with them
They havent got a clue what they are talking about, sell you something and then cant deliver and wont give you a refund even once they know they've told you all the wrong details
Absolute scammers
DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE
they cant get conveyancing through any faster than the buyers/sellers solicitors so no point in wasting time with them or paying a deposit which they scam you out of and harass you for.
You won't get your sale through most likely within 75 days.
And if you have two estate agents selling your house, they CANNOT REPRESENT YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY CAN!! AND WONT GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK.
DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY OF THERE ADVICE. AND DONT BE HARASSED LIKE I WAS TO GO WITH THEM.
