I am very impressed at the service provided by Scott Harvey and Ema Tang making the whole process stress free. I did feel at times there was a degree of duplication but did not detract from the service.

unregulated lookalike exploiting…
Scammers unregulated exploiting gullible sellers to offer their property at 0 fee by forcing the buyer to pay a minimum of 6600£ which in turn forces the bid with that amount less. So the bidder bids at least 6600£ less but pays that 6600£ extra.
This method chips away seller value and forces time bound contractual non refundable fees from unregulated cowboys. Their team is overflooding the reviews to dilute the bad blood. Just 2% of the 2025 sales were dine by this method but more than 11% of the complaints to the relevant authority which cannot do anything as they use a loophole. If you really want to give away money, you better select a charity than dealing with iamsold. Especially if you are a seller as your property will be sold under price therefore you lose money and if you are a buyer good luck recovering those non refundable fees and ending up paying more than its worth as the difference goes in iamsold pockets.

Quick, efficient and well-priced
We bought a flat in Peckham with the help of Ross Rose, who was completely on top of things throughout and excellent at communicating with a vendor who was sometimes hard to pin down. Ross was straightforward with us, and quickly got us any information we needed. It meant things went quickly and smoothly and we got the result we wanted. Seamless from start to end
I started this process back in may 2026, I inherited the house due to both parents now passing away. Helena in Sales helped me start the process and within a couple of weeks (with the help of the estate agent) I had a buyer. We started the process to complete. Nadine then took over the process. Both team members have been amazing, professional, listening ear, sympathetic and supportive throughout this whole journey. Zoie at Medway Law (Conveyers) has also been great too. Can't speak highly enough of this company and their conveying team.

Scott Harvey was excellent at keeping me updated throughout the whole process. He is very approachable but also professional. Scott is obviously very experienced and well informed about selling through auction. My emails were answered promptly and fully. Scott gave me the impression that nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked him to explain something to me again.
I would certainly recommend iamsold to anyone who is having problems with selling their property through the traditional route. It felt a bit daunting at first as I had never used a company such as iamsold but Scott's friendly manner and explanations soon reassured me.
