Stay well away from this company,, I thought I could trust as I receive.ed a car before in 2019 ,,I sent 5400usd to Daniel adams probably not his real name on the 20th of January2021 and now the 10th of Feb2021 and no contact phone rings out ,no reply on wats app, they sent me pictures of car.s x2 with auction sheet ect sent my money and have no reply

crooks. the company is full of them from the boss down to the sales people. avoid.

I made payment of 50% ($3,500) to AHJ early December and on 9th December they send me receipt confirming that they had received the cash. I have all proof of payment..

My account manager calls himself Sam Jordan +81 80 4280 8134. Am sure that is a fake name.

Once they received the payment they sent me other pictures for the car and communicated for one week.

Then he said he was taking chrismas vacation and would be back by 26th of December!! That was trhe last time he responded to my whatsapp.
I see him online but hever picks up my call.

I think AHJ are scammers and thieves.

They should be blacklisted in the whole africa.

I write to say that Auction house top management is a bunch of crooks and top most world thieves who could hold onto someone money after failed business deals.
Since I posted my review on the the 8th of January, some one from auction house named Nick went into my inbox and spoke useless words as if something is going to be done in refunding the money.
Jake you are the top most world thief, You wanted to impose a car on me and yet you know there is no shipping company that accepts units to be exported from your defunct company and you think you dealing with iliterates.who don't have the brains to research on you.
I want my money back and next time am posting here all conversations I've had with you for the world to see.
You are cruel and brutal business team working for a company whose mission,statement and vision is to make your company grow through robbery .

I have written reviews upon reviews and posted information about auction house Japan proof of conversation about a 4 ton truck I purchased from this company since september 2nd to this day I have not received a truck or a refund or 11500usd which the agreed to return months ago why was my review removed when I was only speaking the truth all I want is my money back why isn't the company returning my funds and why are they still operating when what the do is rub customer of their hard earn money's why aren't the authorities doing something about this company

Since December 2019, I've brought one Fuso 6M61 and I've sent 50% of 6700$ for the truck. Arrived on January 2020, Mr Patrick and Shawn from AHJ told me that truck wasn't in a good status and they told me they going to change anthor car. When they changed truck, this one wasn't 6M61, but 4M50 and when ive shown them that car was not same I've requested before; they told me to accept to receive this one, then after covid-19 issue, they will send me the engine of 6M50 and give 1000$ back. ATTENTION ---> I'm still waiting and keep sending whatsup and emails but NO response. I asked Silver but they shipped Blue. In top of that WRONG invoice send to Shipping company it leads to extra GST which i paid. But the agent told me that will give compensation for both after vehicle landed. But now vehicle already on road and NO update from these guys past 3months.

Sent u my $2700 early August, u told me after 2 weeks the car will be shipped. Up now all u do are the empty promises. Refund my money please! Ugandans be extremely careful b4 sending ur money to this company!!!

Why all your positive reviews are the same? It's obvious you are scamming people. Do not trust this company, do not buy from them.

i ordered two units from this company in september and paid a deposit of $4000 . we agreed that once the cars are booked for shipping i will be paying the balance and upto now there is no response from the company on what is happening in regard to that.

When you see Auction House Japan. RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. Save yourself. Beware of these Pakistani scammers with fake names like Sam Jordan. They will sweet talk you into committing your hard earned money with good offers and then delay to ship, will not take vehicles for inspection, delay to ship, suddenly inflate the prices, and claim the agent left the company and finally switch the vehicle you ordered. None of the positive reviews here is even true. Just fake reviews.

Auction House Japan is a company of thieves. It steals money for poor Africans. I have been swindled of $3200. Fellow Africans especially Malawians "please take note of this scam company cheating poor people that they are specialists in exporting/dealing in used vehicles from Japan". This company is just composed of thieves. They have fake sales agents with sweet talk. They hack phone numbers and cox people to buy vehicles from their fake company of scammers. Surprisingly the Japanese government is just letting a scam company in the name of AUCTION HOUSE JAPAN free stealing people's money.

This company is a scam,especially for Kenyans be warned you send money for a unit you will be told it failed inspection it's either you go for auction or they refund which they never do if you add more money for auction they keep you waiting till they say again inspection failed,lastly they will tell you the agent you have been dealing with left the company.ask your self which company dosn't have a support center with call number.be carefully especially for a lady by name of "jennifer"..….....

I sought a car from AHJ and even though it took a bit longer than expected, it was worth it as the car I got is excellent. Ethan Brown is a great guy who is honest in dealing with clients. Whenever we would identify a car, but it had an issue, he would tell me why he didn't pick it. Eventually, I got a car with great specs and surely worth the wait. It looks great and runs great. If lookimg for a car, I would advice you deal with Ethan. You will get value for money.

I would wish to appreciate Mr. Ethan and the entire team in AHJ. Up to now I have imported 3 vehicles which have been of good quality and good condition. I really appreciate your service and the help I got from Mr. Ethan to get value for my money. I also wish to say this is an experience that requires one to have patience but you're guaranteed to get the best in the market and value for your money. Thanks Mr. Ethan and AHJ team.

Auction House Japan is not an honest company. I live in the Bahamas and thought they were legit. They had me call a lady locally in my country. Or so it seems after I inquire about negative reviews I have seen. The gentleman who is my contact goes by Mr. W. Winston. He told me that those people were disgruntled former employees. Now I know that was a lie, because they never sent me the the vehicle I ordered. And they did this twice. Even after I made up a contract and sent them. I sent them a message via WhatsApp concerning there mistake. It has been over 5 days now and no answer. But with the second car they haven't sent the documents for me too clear the vehicle as yet. Please if anyone reads this especially my Bahamian people do not do business with this company.

I have paid security deposit for a purchase of a Subaru Forester in August and till date no response on the shipment of the vehicle.
I have lost hope with your organisation and after several empty promises i hope you will be kind enough to return my security so that I proceed with other options.
